A clear tree, its trunk leaning hard to one side and opening into a canopy that reaches almost as far across as the piece is high, every branch of it drawn separately. Colourless from root to leaf, so what the branches carry is the tone of whatever stands behind them. Leaves are drawn singly along each branch, small and pointed, so the edge of the canopy is broken rather than solid.
A tree spreading almost as wide as it stands puts its whole weight outside its own roots, and everything about how the trunk is drawn follows from that one fact. Past a certain spread a tree stops being held down by its roots and starts being balanced on them. This one sits at that point exactly, which is why the root mass is carried further out on the leaning side than the drawing strictly needs. A canopy of this count in a colourless body means the material is seen through itself at every branch, and the density is entirely a matter of overlap. Polished on every member, the undersides included, which on a canopy of this count is most of the making.
Floor work in a room wide enough to take the spread, which is almost as much as the height. Give it a quiet ground to read against. Glazing behind a colourless canopy turns the whole of it into a tangle. Light from one side prints the whole canopy on the wall behind, and that shadow is half of what is bought. The lean carries from anywhere in a room, and the separate leaves are the reason to walk under it.
The standard build is 3–4 weeks and the bespoke build 5–6. Ask for a thicker canopy or a narrower spread, or for the leaves to be left off for a bare winter tree. Draw the spread in and the trunk is redrawn to match, since a canopy reaching this far needs a root mass that looks like it is holding on. One crate, standing, and nothing to assemble: the tree arrives whole. Three people. The branches are the fragile part and none of them is a handle. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.
A clear tree leaning hard to one side is found among our organic sculptures; its separately drawn branches belong with our resin sculptures, and further pieces for a spacious room are in our indoor sculptures.

Almost every sculpture at Giant Sculptures is handmade to order, then shipped worldwide free of charge. Below is everything you need to know before you order, and what to expect after.
Almost every sculpture is handmade to order by our artisans — we do not mass-produce.
Production time is separate from delivery time.
Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.
Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.
All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.
Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.
For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.
Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.
For orders shipping outside the United Kingdom, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees at your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local authority and are not included in our shipping cost.
If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.
Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.
To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.
Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:
Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
If you have questions about shipping, customs, delivery timing, or anything else before you order, our team is here to help. Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone, and we'll respond within 24 hours.
