This splash keeps its colour for the upper half. The bowl and the tall spikes at its foot are an icy, colourless resin, and teal begins only halfway up the left-hand curl, darkening as the curl turns over into a broad, twisting band. The band, the narrow strut linking it to the bowl, and the crest that climbs from its end are all a deep teal, close to petrol in the knots. The crest itself is a loop of two limbs, pierced near the bottom by a round porthole and topped by a tall tine, and the long, low arm reaching out to the right ends in three pale points.
Teal is a colour that changes with depth, and putting it at the top lets that change describe the most intricate part of the piece. Along the band, where the resin twists and doubles over itself, it closes into a dark petrol; across a single limb of the crest it opens into a clear, bright teal; at the tips it is still plainly coloured. Below, the bowl is left icy and plain, so the eye reads the top first and the splash seems to lift its colour clear of the water it came from. The surface is glossy everywhere, and the edges of the clear bowl glint against the teal above.
A landing at the head of a stair is a fine place for it, where people climbing towards it see the teal crest first and the clear bowl only as they arrive. Set at floor level there, or raised a little on a plinth in a hall, its 102cm brings the colour to meet the eye of anyone coming up the steps, and a window or a skylight above keeps the teal bright. A white or soft grey wall behind it suits the colour well. Its place is indoors.
Order a standard piece and it takes 3–4 weeks; order it bespoke and it takes 5–6. The teal can be kept to the crest alone, brought down the curl towards the bowl, or deepened throughout, and the bowl can be left clear or given a faint cast of its own. The crest can carry more tines, or fewer, and the scale is open to discussion. If an object of yours is to sit inside the resin, its added cost is confirmed when you ask. Shipping is in a braced case with the teal crest wrapped separately; once the lid is off, two people lift it out by the icy bowl. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.
Teal carried up from an icy bowl into a branching crest earns this splash a spot among our organic sculptures, our resin sculptures and our indoor sculptures.

Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.
For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.
Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.
For all orders delivered worldwide, all customs duties, import taxes, and applicable local clearance fees are fully included in the purchase price. We manage and settle these charges on your behalf, ensuring you will not incur any additional fees upon arrival.
Please note that this policy excludes shipments delivered to Switzerland, as well as any individual orders where an exclusion is explicitly stated prior to purchase; in such instances, local customs charges and import taxes remain the responsibility of the customer.
If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.
Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.
To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.
Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:
Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
If you have questions about shipping, customs, delivery timing, or anything else before you order, our team is here to help. Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone, and we'll respond within 24 hours.
