Clear Scattered Red Maple Leaf Block Resin Sculpture - 23cm
Clear Scattered Red Maple Leaf Block Resin Sculpture - 23cm $1,88800
Description

Red maple leaves lie scattered across this low, square block of imported clear resin, as if a gust had dropped them onto a frozen pond. One leaf rests alone near a corner, a loose drift gathers along the opposite side, and two more settle close to a third corner. Each one spreads its pointed, finely toothed lobes wide and trails a thin stalk, deepening to crimson at its heart while the tips warm towards orange. Crisp, square edges frame the scatter like the mount around a print.

Maple Leaves Fallen Across a Square of Clear

Imported clear resin forms the block, its broad top polished to a glassy sheen that mirrors the room, while its thick sides stay glass-clear. The leaves lie almost flat at slightly different depths, so a few overlap and the uppermost seem to float a little above the ones beneath. Fine veins run out from each midrib to the tips of the lobes, and the serrated margins stay sharp. Maple leaves never grow to quite the same outline, which gives every block its own pattern of fallen colour.

Low and square, it is made to be looked down into, which suits a coffee table, a side table or a broad windowsill where the leaves are seen from above. It rests just as happily on a desk beside a lamp or on a low shelf at the foot of a staircase. Daylight falling across the top sets the reds glowing, and a pale surface underneath keeps the clear resin bright. Indoor use only.

Leaf Colour, Density and Its Journey to You

Standard pieces take 3–4 weeks and bespoke commissions 5–6. One block is supplied for the price, sold on its own. As a commission it can hold leaves in yellow, gold or green, a single leaf by itself, or a denser fall spread across the whole square; other sizes are possible too, as is an upright panel for a shelf. It leaves us packed flat in a fitted carton, cushioned on all sides, and can be laid on a table the moment it is unwrapped. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.

Red maple leaves scattered over a low square of clear resin find a home in our resin sculptures, our abstract sculptures and our indoor sculptures.

Shipping & Returns

Almost every sculpture at Giant Sculptures is handmade to order, then shipped worldwide free of charge. Below is everything you need to know before you order, and what to expect after.

Production Time

Almost every sculpture is handmade to order by our artisans — we do not mass-produce.

  • Standard sculptures: approximately 3–4 weeks from order confirmation.
  • Bespoke commissions (custom sizes, finishes, or fully custom designs): approximately 5–6 weeks from design sign-off.

Production time is separate from delivery time.

Free Worldwide Shipping

Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.

Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.

All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.

Delivery to Your Address

Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.

For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.

Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.

International Orders & Customs

For orders shipping outside the United Kingdom, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees at your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local authority and are not included in our shipping cost.

If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.

Returns

Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.

Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.

To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.

Damage in Transit

Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:

  1. Report the damage within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide clear photographs of both the damage and the packaging.
  3. We arrange collection and either replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Lifetime Guarantee

Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.

This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
