Clear Russet Flake Clustered Cube Rock Resin Sculpture - 45cm
Clear Russet Flake Clustered Cube Rock Resin Sculpture - 45cm $3,10600
Description

Big, softly squared blocks of clear resin cluster together in this upright rock, broad across the foot and stepping up to a large block at the top right, so the outline climbs from one side to the other. Every face carries a fine, frost-like texture that turns the resin pale and sparkling, with smoother glassy windows opening here and there. Russet-brown pieces gather low in the body: a slender, tapering sliver, a scatter of small torn flakes and crumbs, two rounded flakes near the foot on the left, and a fine sprinkling of brown specks. At 45cm it has the presence to anchor a broad desk or a sideboard with nothing beside it.

Russet Crumbs Low in a Cluster of Cubes

Its surface is worked by hand into a dense, crystalline texture over imported clear resin, broken by flatter windows where the clear body can be seen into. The inclusions keep mostly to the bottom half, which gives the rock a settled, weighty look: the long sliver is granular along its length, the torn flakes are thin and irregular, and the specks are as fine as ground cinnamon. Their warm russet stands out against the pale, frosted blocks. The stacking of the cubes and the scatter of russet pieces differ from one rock to the next.

Its height and bulk suit a sideboard, a long console in a hall or a side table beside a sofa, and on a reception desk it commands the space by itself. The frosted blocks read white against a dark wall, while a pale one lets the russet pieces show more strongly; light from one side gives the texture depth. Indoor use only.

Russet Pieces, Frosting and the Crate

Build times separate standard from bespoke: 3–4 weeks against 5–6. It is sold singly, one rock to an order. A commission can scatter the russet pieces higher through the blocks, swap them for gold leaf or dried leaves, or leave the resin plain, and the frosting can give way to polished faces for a clearer rock. Other sizes can be made. It travels in a fitted crate, and it is lifted from beneath the broad foot, never by the block at the top. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.

A cluster of frosted cubes climbing to one side, with russet crumbs held low, stands among our resin sculptures, our abstract sculptures and our indoor sculptures.

Shipping & Returns

Almost every sculpture at Giant Sculptures is handmade to order, then shipped worldwide free of charge. Below is everything you need to know before you order, and what to expect after.

Production Time

Almost every sculpture is handmade to order by our artisans — we do not mass-produce.

  • Standard sculptures: approximately 3–4 weeks from order confirmation.
  • Bespoke commissions (custom sizes, finishes, or fully custom designs): approximately 5–6 weeks from design sign-off.

Production time is separate from delivery time.

Free Worldwide Shipping

Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.

Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.

All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.

Delivery to Your Address

Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.

For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.

Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.

International Orders & Customs

For orders shipping outside the United Kingdom, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees at your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local authority and are not included in our shipping cost.

If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.

Returns

Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.

Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.

To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.

Damage in Transit

Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:

  1. Report the damage within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide clear photographs of both the damage and the packaging.
  3. We arrange collection and either replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Lifetime Guarantee

Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.

This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
