This console's plan is an outline nobody would draw twice: it swells and narrows along its length with no straight run anywhere on it. The upper face is rippled, the edge is left torn, and small orange flecks are scattered through the body at different depths. Three slender clear legs of round tapering section hold it, set in a line along the length rather than at the corners.
The outline comes off the mould as the material finished and is not taken back afterwards, which is why it cannot be repeated: every run gives a different swell. The slab is thick enough for a plan this long to rest on three points with no rail beneath, and it is the depth of clear material, kept free of air throughout, that takes the time. The flecks are introduced while the body is live so they hold at different depths rather than settling. Each leg is turned to its taper and the three are levelled together under the slab.
It needs a long wall and will not sit comfortably in a short one. The plan swells and narrows, so the usable depth changes along the length and the widest part is not at the middle. The three legs are in a line, which leaves the ends overhanging - worth allowing for when measuring against a wall or a doorway.
The standard build is 3–4 weeks and the bespoke build 5–6. The fleck placing sets the pace here. There are three decisions. A slab of another length is cut to an outline of its own. The flecks can be left out, and the legs can be tinted while the slab stays clear. You name the slab plan length and the leg drop height. Where two or more are wanted, the placing of the flecks is held the same across the group. The organic outline and the three legs are padded before the lid goes on, and the slab travels flat with its whole edge boxed clear. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.
An outline that swells and narrows along a clear slab belongs with our organic sculptures; against a long wall it joins our art furniture, the flecked casting our resin sculptures.

Almost every sculpture at Giant Sculptures is handmade to order, then shipped worldwide free of charge. Below is everything you need to know before you order, and what to expect after.
Almost every sculpture is handmade to order by our artisans — we do not mass-produce.
Production time is separate from delivery time.
Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.
Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.
All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.
Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.
For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.
Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.
For orders shipping outside the United Kingdom, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees at your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local authority and are not included in our shipping cost.
If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.
Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.
To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.
Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:
Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
If you have questions about shipping, customs, delivery timing, or anything else before you order, our team is here to help. Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone, and we'll respond within 24 hours.
