Angular blocks burst outwards from the centre of this clear resin rock: a squared column at the top, a wing angled away on one side, a block jutting out at mid-height on the other and a heavy wedge near the foot, so the outline is jagged all round. The faces are pitted with a fine, even texture, and here and there a smooth, glassy window opens in them, with slivers mottled brown and cream behind.
Its body is imported clear resin, and the pitting that covers most of the faces gives it the look of rough crystal fresh from the ground. The glassy windows open where two blocks meet or where a block ends, and that is where the inclusions show, as folded flakes of a soft rose-tan and slim curved slivers streaked brown and cream. Turning the rock slowly brings different windows round to the front. No two rocks share an outline, and the slivers lie differently in each.
At 39cm it sits on a desk, a sideboard or a bookshelf, and its jagged outline holds attention on a plain hall table. Give it a spot that can be walked past on two sides, since every block changes as you move, and against a dark wall the pitted faces turn bright and silvery. Indoor use only.
Order a standard piece and it takes 3–4 weeks; order it bespoke and it takes 5–6. The windows can be opened up so more of the clear resin shows, and the slivers can be set thickly, kept sparse or left out altogether. Other sizes can be made to order. The price buys one rock, supplied by itself. It is shipped crated, and it is lifted by the central mass with both hands, since the projecting blocks are easily knocked. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.
A burst of angular clear blocks with mottled slivers inside is grouped with our resin sculptures; its jagged drawing belongs to our abstract sculptures, and its compact build puts it with our indoor sculptures.

Almost every sculpture at Giant Sculptures is handmade to order, then shipped worldwide free of charge. Below is everything you need to know before you order, and what to expect after.
Almost every sculpture is handmade to order by our artisans — we do not mass-produce.
Production time is separate from delivery time.
Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.
Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.
All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.
Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.
For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.
Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.
For orders shipping outside the United Kingdom, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees at your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local authority and are not included in our shipping cost.
If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.
Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.
To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.
Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:
Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
If you have questions about shipping, customs, delivery timing, or anything else before you order, our team is here to help. Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone, and we'll respond within 24 hours.
