This dining table is cast entirely in clear resin. Its top has a soft, wavy edge, and from its underside four sculpted legs flow down to the floor, twisting and narrowing like ice melting in drips, and spreading at their feet into rough pools. It stands at ordinary dining height, and it is completely colourless.
The idea is that the table is one piece of ice, caught as it melts: the top is still a slab, but its edge is softening, and the legs are the water running off it, frozen mid-drip. Each leg is modelled differently, twisting and thinning and swelling where a drop would gather, and the feet spread into irregular pools, which is what makes the table look natural rather than designed. Clear resin shows the whole form at once, and the light running through the legs makes them glitter.
Make it the centre of a dining room with plain walls and good daylight, or of a large kitchen. Chairs in clear acrylic keep the ice effect; dark wood or leather chairs set it off. A pendant light above it makes the top sparkle and throws the legs into relief. It also works as a long desk or a boardroom table.
Whether it is standard or bespoke sets the build: 3–4 weeks or 5–6. The table can be made to another length or width, and the resin can take a faint tint of blue, green or smoke for a different kind of ice. A pale blue table reads like glacier ice; smoke like dark water. It is delivered with the top and legs crated for the journey, and a delivery team carries it in and sets it level, so the route in should be checked for its length. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.
A dining table that seems to melt, its clear top running down into four pooled legs, belongs with our art furniture; the colourless casting puts it with our resin sculptures, and the meltwater shapes of its legs with our organic sculptures.

Almost every sculpture at Giant Sculptures is handmade to order, then shipped worldwide free of charge. Below is everything you need to know before you order, and what to expect after.
Almost every sculpture is handmade to order by our artisans — we do not mass-produce.
Production time is separate from delivery time.
Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.
Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.
All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.
Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.
For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.
Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.
For orders shipping outside the United Kingdom, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees at your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local authority and are not included in our shipping cost.
If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.
Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.
To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.
Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:
Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
If you have questions about shipping, customs, delivery timing, or anything else before you order, our team is here to help. Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone, and we'll respond within 24 hours.
