In this console a clear resin sheet with an irregular lobed outline and a rippled upper face stands on four legs, each cast as a rough dripping column as though the top were melting down to the floor, and no two alike. The outline is not a shape anyone drew twice, and neither are the legs.
The top's lobed outline and its ripple are modelled into the mould, and the edge is left as the material finished rather than brought to a polish, so the outline reads as found and not as drawn. Each leg is worked separately to its own dripping form, which is why no two are alike, and the four are then levelled together under the top - the slow part, since a console on four irregular legs shows any error at once. Every face is polished, the undersides of the legs included, and the top is trued across its whole outline before it is bonded down.
Its place is an entrance or a hall, along a wall that nothing else has to share. The four legs stand in from the ends of the top, so allow for the overhang beyond them when measuring. The lobed outline means the piece has no straight edge to line up against a wall, which is worth knowing before it is placed rather than after.
Count on the difference between standard and bespoke: 3–4 weeks or 5–6. The dripping leg sets the pace here. Ordering settles three things. The leg count can go to three, each leg is drawn to its own form, and the lobed outline is redrawn to suit a particular wall. Top length and leg height are both quoted on request. Order more than one together and the outline of the top is matched across them. Its crate is shaped round the four leg feet and the lobed edge, and four people lift it from there. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.
Four dripping legs under a lobed clear top give our art furniture a hall console; the drips suit our organic sculptures, its uneven sheet our resin sculptures.

Almost every sculpture at Giant Sculptures is handmade to order, then shipped worldwide free of charge. Below is everything you need to know before you order, and what to expect after.
Almost every sculpture is handmade to order by our artisans — we do not mass-produce.
Production time is separate from delivery time.
Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.
Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.
All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.
Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.
For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.
Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.
For orders shipping outside the United Kingdom, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees at your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local authority and are not included in our shipping cost.
If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.
Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.
To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.
Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:
Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
If you have questions about shipping, customs, delivery timing, or anything else before you order, our team is here to help. Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone, and we'll respond within 24 hours.
