A wave of clear resin with a cool grey cast, curling over at the top where the sheet folds double and thins to a fine lip. The grey is smoky where the resin lies over itself and almost colourless along the lip, with blue glints where the light catches it. A slab of black stone, which comes with it, carries the whole wave.
Grey turns the wave into cold, deep water, the colour of a winter sea. Where the sheet folds over the grey doubles and turns smoky, and where it thins to the lip it clears almost to glass, so the shape is described by how deep the tone runs. The doubled crest gives the sheet something to lie against, which keeps it from reading as one flat plane. Both faces are polished to a high gloss, because a wave with a dull side would stop looking like water.
Give it a hall, a stairwell or a double-height room, where people can look up at it as well as meet it face on. Set against a pale wall, the smoky folds show best, and it sits well with stone, steel and white plaster. Light from behind glows through the thin lip; light from the front picks out the curl and the doubled fold.
A standard piece takes 3–4 weeks to make, and a bespoke commission 5–6. The grey can be deepened towards charcoal smoke or lightened almost to clear, or the wave can be tinted another colour, and the crest can be brought in closer to the foot. The stone slab can be cut to a plan of your choosing. The same wave is made in green, sold separately. It arrives in two crates: the slab is set down and levelled first, and the wave is lowered onto it by three people, with the thin crest kept clear of walls and door frames. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.
A smoke-grey wave turning over on itself belongs to our organic sculptures; the smoky casting joins our resin sculptures, and more for a tall entrance hall is in our indoor sculptures.

Production time is separate from delivery time.
Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.
Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.
All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.
Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.
For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.
Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.
For orders shipping outside the United Kingdom, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees at your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local authority and are not included in our shipping cost.
If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.
Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.
To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.
Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:
Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
If you have questions about shipping, customs, delivery timing, or anything else before you order, our team is here to help. Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone, and we'll respond within 24 hours.
