Description

Gold-toned flakes speckle this clear cast resin spire from the hoop at its foot to its antlered head. The column climbs on a long diagonal, holed through with round windows near the top and long slots further down, and branches at the summit into curling prongs, with one long finger thrown out sideways below them. Round its foot a hoop of water curls back on itself, and a crown of slender fingers fans out on every side above the black marble block it stands on.

Gold-Toned Flakes Climbing With the Column

Clear resin and gold-toned flakes share the work between them. The resin carries the form, a column that climbs on a slant and opens into prongs, and in a clear casting every piercing and every finger shows as a bright edge. The flakes carry the warmth, and they are not spread evenly: they gather along the upper column and round the point where the hoop meets it, one long finger of the spray holds a cluster of its own, and the rest of the fingers carry almost none, so the gold climbs with the spire instead of settling at the bottom.

At 75cm on its marble block it meets the eye of anyone standing when it is set on a console or a sideboard, and the fingers at its foot need clear space all round. A lamp placed low beside it brings the gold up along the column, where a light from the ceiling would flatten it. Indoor use only.

Fingers, the Hoop and Handling

Order a standard piece and it takes 3–4 weeks; order it bespoke and it takes 5–6. Each order is for a single spire with its black marble block. On commission the spire can be set at another height, the slant of the column made steeper or more upright, and the spray at its foot drawn out further or kept close. Take hold of the column to move it, keeping hands away from the hoop and the outer fingers, and seat it squarely on the marble. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.

Production Time

Almost every sculpture is handmade to order by our artisans — we do not mass-produce.

  • Standard sculptures: approximately 3–4 weeks from order confirmation.
  • Bespoke commissions (custom sizes, finishes, or fully custom designs): approximately 5–6 weeks from design sign-off.

Production time is separate from delivery time.

Free Worldwide Shipping

Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.

Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.

All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.

Delivery to Your Address

Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.

For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.

Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.

International Orders & Customs

For all orders delivered worldwide, all customs duties, import taxes, and applicable local clearance fees are fully included in the purchase price. We manage and settle these charges on your behalf, ensuring you will not incur any additional fees upon arrival.

Please note that this policy excludes shipments delivered to Switzerland, as well as any individual orders where an exclusion is explicitly stated prior to purchase; in such instances, local customs charges and import taxes remain the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.

Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.

To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.

Damage in Transit

Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:

  1. Report the damage within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide clear photographs of both the damage and the packaging.
  3. We arrange collection and either replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Lifetime Guarantee

Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.

This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
