Gold-toned flakes hang inside this clear cast resin sculpture, caught at different depths of it. From a ring of spray fanning out at the foot, a tall arm pierced with oval openings climbs and leans over at the top into a branching crown, and beside it a ribbon of water curls up and back on itself in a loop. The flakes gather most thickly in the ring and in the loop, a fair scatter reaches the crown, and the arm between carries only a few. The ring of spray sits on a block of black marble.
In a body this clear, every flake is seen on its own, so where they sit is the whole effect. The ring at the foot holds them closest together, and the loop gathers them again, while the arm that climbs between is left almost clear, so its oval piercings and the long sweep of its edges read cleanly; up in the crown they return as a lighter scatter among the branching fingers. Each flake is a small, crinkled piece of gold-toned colour, and with nothing tinting the resin around it, it stays warm from every side the splash is approached from. The black marble beneath the ring gives the clear resin an edge it would not have on a pale surface.
Put it where light arrives from more than one direction, since each fleck only catches from one. A low plinth in a hall suits it at 86cm, setting the crown at the eye of anyone seated nearby, and a window with a lamp, or daylight from two sides, brings most of the flakes into play at once. A single spot lights only a handful of them while the rest stay dark, and a dark ground behind helps as well, since clear resin against a pale wall loses its outline and the gold has nothing to sit against.
Most pieces are standard and take 3–4 weeks; a bespoke commission takes 5–6. The flakes are close in the ring and the loop and sparse up the arm, so the splash carries its warmth at its foot and in its curl with clear water climbing between. On commission the arm can be drawn further over at the top, the loop opened out or drawn in tighter, and the crown given more branches or fewer. Lift it by the ring of spray with both hands, never by the arm or the loop, and set it down squarely on the black marble. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.
Gold caught at every depth of a clear body is organic sculpture doing something a solid cannot, resin sculpture in the pour, and indoor sculpture where the flecks can find a light.

Almost every sculpture is handmade to order by our artisans — we do not mass-produce.
Production time is separate from delivery time.
Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.
Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.
All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.
Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.
For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.
Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.
For all orders delivered worldwide, all customs duties, import taxes, and applicable local clearance fees are fully included in the purchase price. We manage and settle these charges on your behalf, ensuring you will not incur any additional fees upon arrival.
Please note that this policy excludes shipments delivered to Switzerland, as well as any individual orders where an exclusion is explicitly stated prior to purchase; in such instances, local customs charges and import taxes remain the responsibility of the customer.
If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.
Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.
To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.
Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:
Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
If you have questions about shipping, customs, delivery timing, or anything else before you order, our team is here to help. Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone, and we'll respond within 24 hours.
