Description

This tall rock of clear resin rises as a tower of softly squared blocks, with one block tipped out at the top left, a pinched waist on the left side partway up and a rounded, heavier mass at the foot. Its faces are frosted with a fine crystalline texture that opens into smoother windows in places. Curled and crumpled pieces in caramel and rust brown are held through the middle: one on the right, one low on the left, a smooth, curving rust sliver beside a paler tan one at the centre, and a few brown specks. At 45cm the tower suits a console table, a sideboard or a reception desk.

Caramel Curls in a Pinched Frosted Tower

Cast in imported clear resin, the tower is given a crisp, frost-like skin by hand, and the windows where it smooths out let the eye travel into the body. The pieces inside are irregular, curled and folded over on themselves, a deep caramel in their folds and rust at their edges, while the smooth sliver at the centre is glossy and gently curved. The pinched waist and the tipped top block give the tower a different profile from each side. Each tower takes its own shape, and its curls never sit in quite the same places.

Its tall, narrow footprint needs little room, so a deep shelf, a side table or the end of a console will take it, and in a study or a hall it holds a corner by itself. Turn the pinched waist towards the room to show off its profile, and place it near a window so side light makes the caramel curls glow against the frosted blocks. Indoor use only.

Curls, the Tower and Getting It Home

Count on the difference between standard and bespoke: 3–4 weeks or 5–6. The price is for a single rock. To commission, the curls can be swapped for dried leaves, flower heads or metal leaf, gathered higher in the tower or spread right through it, and the tipped block at the top can be squared off. It can also be made at other sizes. It is crated with foam packed around the waist and the top block, and whoever unpacks it should lift from beneath the foot, never by the waist. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.

Production Time

Almost every sculpture is handmade to order by our artisans — we do not mass-produce.

  • Standard sculptures: approximately 3–4 weeks from order confirmation.
  • Bespoke commissions (custom sizes, finishes, or fully custom designs): approximately 5–6 weeks from design sign-off.

Production time is separate from delivery time.

Free Worldwide Shipping

Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.

Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.

All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.

Delivery to Your Address

Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.

For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.

Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.

International Orders & Customs

For orders shipping outside the United Kingdom, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees at your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local authority and are not included in our shipping cost.

Returns

Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.

Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.

To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.

Damage in Transit

Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:

  1. Report the damage within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide clear photographs of both the damage and the packaging.
  3. We arrange collection and either replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Lifetime Guarantee

Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.

This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
