Description

Small dried leaves lie in milky white hollows across this broad clear resin rock, one leaf to each hollow, like specimens laid out on frosted glass. The outline widens from a slim foot: on the left the crown droops to a hanging point, along the top it rises in soft waves to a peak at the right, and on that side a broad lobe steps out at mid-height before the edge curves back. Each leaf is a burnished brown, with its midrib, fine side veins and a short stalk.

Dried Leaves Resting in Milky Hollows

The hollows are frosted to an even, milky white, so every leaf is seen against a soft pale ground and its veins read as clearly as pen lines. Around them the imported clear resin is glassy and rippled, streaked with white and dotted with tiny bubbles. Narrow and tapering to a point, the leaves are a warm burnished brown with a silvery bloom where the light catches them, and they lie at different angles, one tilted almost upright and another turned on its side. Their placing changes from rock to rock.

Its broad, spreading outline needs elbow room, which a sideboard, a credenza or a long console gives it, and a reception desk suits it too. A dark wall throws the milky hollows forward, and because the leaves read best at standing eye level, a surface at about hip height shows them well. Indoor use only.

Leaf Choice, Hollow Finish and Shipping

Give it 3–4 weeks as a standard piece, or 5–6 weeks as a bespoke commission. Other dried leaves can be chosen, more of them can be added, or the hollows can be left clear so the leaves float in glassy resin rather than on a frosted ground. The rock is also made at other sizes on request. You are buying one rock, sold individually. A padded crate carries it to you, and whoever unpacks it should hold the body near the foot rather than the hanging point. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.

Production Time

Almost every sculpture is handmade to order by our artisans — we do not mass-produce.

  • Standard sculptures: approximately 3–4 weeks from order confirmation.
  • Bespoke commissions (custom sizes, finishes, or fully custom designs): approximately 5–6 weeks from design sign-off.

Production time is separate from delivery time.

Free Worldwide Shipping

Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.

Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.

All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.

Delivery to Your Address

Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.

For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.

Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.

International Orders & Customs

For orders shipping outside the United Kingdom, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees at your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local authority and are not included in our shipping cost.

If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.

Returns

Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.

Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.

To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.

Damage in Transit

Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:

  1. Report the damage within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide clear photographs of both the damage and the packaging.
  3. We arrange collection and either replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Lifetime Guarantee

Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.

This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
