Blue veins rise through this clear ring and climb up one side of it, like threads of dye released into water. The circle is broken open, and each tip is finished in rough crystal frosted to the white of sea spray. The block of dark marble it rests on is included in the order.
Blue veining in clear resin reads cool and watery, and here the threads are allowed to climb one side while the other stays almost clear, which gives the ring a sense of movement, as if the colour were still rising through it. The frosted tips look like breaking foam, rough and white against the polished resin, and they catch the light whenever the ring is turned. Each piece is unique, because the veins settle in their own pattern every time one is made.
Its 60cm height suits a credenza, a long dresser in a bright room or a wide shelf by a window. Blue and clear suit a coastal or Scandinavian scheme of white, grey and pale timber, and light from behind makes the threads glow. Against a dark wall the clear curve fades and the blue seems to hang in mid-air.
Time separates the two: a bespoke commission takes 5–6 weeks, a standard piece 3–4. Other colours of veining are offered, or a fainter blue, and both ends can be leafed in gold or silver rather than frosted. The break can be made broader or narrower to suit the room. It ships flat in a crate cut to its curve, with a support fitted into the break and the marble wrapped by itself, and it should be unpacked by two people with care. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.
Blue threads in a ring broken open belong with our organic sculptures; veins climbing a colourless arc lead to our resin sculptures, and seaside colour beside pale timber joins our indoor sculptures.

Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.
Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.
All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.
Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.
For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.
Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.
For orders shipping outside the United Kingdom, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees at your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local authority and are not included in our shipping cost.
If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.
Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.
To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.
Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:
Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
If you have questions about shipping, customs, delivery timing, or anything else before you order, our team is here to help. Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone, and we'll respond within 24 hours.
