A flame form rising and licking over to one side, colourless at the top and deepening through pale blue to a strong cobalt at the foot. The blue body is holed through in several places, the openings round and unequal. Every edge of the outline is lobed. A round marble base, supplied with the piece, takes its foot.
Blue reverses the temperature of the flame. Where the amber version burns warm, this one reads like a gas flame or deep water: the licking tongues stay colourless and catch the light, while the blue thickens downward into the body and the foot. The openings are cut at angles, so each shows a different depth of blue as you move, and the lobed outline means no two edges match. In a cool room it reads as calm and clear, where the amber reads as heat.
At 76cm with its base it meets the eye on a console in a cool room, and its footprint is narrow. Side light, or light from behind, lifts the blue; a downlight darkens the foot. Turn the lean of the tip into the room. A pale wall behind keeps the colourless tongues visible. Keep the space round the tip clear.
Bespoke commissions take 5–6 weeks; standard pieces take 3–4. The blue can be taken toward navy or lightened to sky, and the height at which it begins can be set at order. Its marble base can be cut round, square or to another shape, and in another stone. Which way the lean faces is decided where it stands, not at order. It travels in a foam shell fitted to its outline, the base packed apart, and it is lifted round the broad body below the tongues. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.
A colourless-tipped flame graded to cobalt belongs with our abstract sculptures; blue deepening through a pierced body joins it to our organic sculptures, and cobalt pooling low in the resin suits our resin sculptures.

Almost every sculpture is handmade to order by our artisans — we do not mass-produce.
Production time is separate from delivery time.
Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.
Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.
All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.
Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.
For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.
Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.
For orders shipping outside the United Kingdom, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees at your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local authority and are not included in our shipping cost.
If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.
Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.
To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.
Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:
Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
If you have questions about shipping, customs, delivery timing, or anything else before you order, our team is here to help. Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone, and we'll respond within 24 hours.
