Description

This upright disc of imported clear resin has a soft, rounded outline, broad across the top and gently squared at the foot, with a thick, glassy rim running all the way round. Inside, slender bare twigs rise from the bottom edge and fork outwards, dark grey-brown with a pale, frosty bloom along them, while dried leaves hang among them at every angle. The leaves are long and pointed, curled and twisted, in a glossy bronze-brown mottled with darker patches like tortoiseshell.

Bare Twigs and Bronze Leaves in a Clear Round

Imported clear resin makes up the disc, polished on both faces and around its rounded edge, so the twigs and leaves can be followed from either side. The twigs are thin and wiry, forking again and again into small buds and broken tips, and they cross at different depths, which gives the slim disc a surprising sense of space. Each leaf keeps its midrib, its curl and its sheen, and silvery flecks glint across their surfaces where the light catches them. Because the twigs and leaves are natural, their arrangement changes from one disc to the next.

Standing upright, it can be seen face on along a console table or a deep bookshelf, and it makes a quiet seasonal note on a mantelpiece or a desk. A pale wall behind it turns the twigs into crisp dark lines, like a drawing in ink, while lamplight warms the bronze of the leaves. Leave a little space on either side so its round outline reads clearly. Indoor use only.

Ordinarily a standard piece needs 3–4 weeks and a bespoke commission 5–6. The price is for one disc, which is sold on its own. As a commission the disc can hold twigs alone, leaves in other colours or a single branching spray, and both its outline and its size can be changed to suit the room it is meant for. It travels upright in a padded carton with its rim protected, and it is best lifted with a hand at each side rather than by the top edge. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.

Production Time

Almost every sculpture is handmade to order by our artisans — we do not mass-produce.

  • Standard sculptures: approximately 3–4 weeks from order confirmation.
  • Bespoke commissions (custom sizes, finishes, or fully custom designs): approximately 5–6 weeks from design sign-off.

Production time is separate from delivery time.

Free Worldwide Shipping

Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.

Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.

All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.

Delivery to Your Address

Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.

For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.

Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.

International Orders & Customs

For orders shipping outside the United Kingdom, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees at your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local authority and are not included in our shipping cost.

If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.

Returns

Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.

Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.

To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.

Damage in Transit

Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:

  1. Report the damage within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide clear photographs of both the damage and the packaging.
  3. We arrange collection and either replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Lifetime Guarantee

Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.

This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
