Clear Antlered Tree Resin Sculpture - 90cm by Giant Sculptures, showing a colourless resin tree with antler-like branches atop a rippled sculpted base, set against a plain white background.
Clear Antlered Tree Resin Sculpture - 90cm $3,84700
Description

Antlered branches leave a short trunk on all sides, no two of them reaching the same distance, above a rippled mass at the foot. Colourless from the root to every branch tip, with no pigment anywhere on it. The rippled foot is cast with the tree, and nothing is supplied under it.

Forks Decided by What Is Left Below Them

Branching drawn this fine is decided at the forks: each one takes material from what carries it, so where a branch divides is chosen against what is left below rather than where it would look best. The rippled foot is what makes that possible at this height: it is drawn far wider than the trunk needs so that the branching above can be as thin as it is. Antlered branching in an uncoloured body has only its own edges to be found by, and every fork returns a bright line while the spaces between stay empty. Polished the whole way out to the branch tips, with the foot left rippled.

It belongs on a console where the branching can be seen against the room. Give it a dark ground, or the whole crown disappears into whatever is behind it. Raking light from one hand throws the branches across each other, which is what gives the crown its depth. The outline of the crown carries; the forking is a near-view fact.

A Fuller Crown, Fewer Branches, and One Crate

Set aside 3–4 weeks for a standard piece and 5–6 weeks for a bespoke commission. We will draw a fuller crown, take branches out, or run a tint through the body. Add branches and the trunk thickens beneath them, since what reaches out has to be carried from below. How far the branches reach is settled at the drawing, and so is how many of them there are. One crate, and the tree comes out ready to stand. Two people at the crate, hands at the foot and never a branch. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.

A clear tree with antlered branches leads to our organic sculptures; the rippled casting belongs among our resin sculptures, and more branching forms for the home are in our indoor sculptures.

Shipping & Returns

Almost every sculpture at Giant Sculptures is handmade to order, then shipped worldwide free of charge. Below is everything you need to know before you order, and what to expect after.

Production Time

Almost every sculpture is handmade to order by our artisans — we do not mass-produce.

  • Standard sculptures: approximately 3–4 weeks from order confirmation.
  • Bespoke commissions (custom sizes, finishes, or fully custom designs): approximately 5–6 weeks from design sign-off.

Production time is separate from delivery time.

Free Worldwide Shipping

Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.

Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.

All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.

Delivery to Your Address

Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.

For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.

Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.

International Orders & Customs

For orders shipping outside the United Kingdom, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees at your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local authority and are not included in our shipping cost.

If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.

Returns

Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.

Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.

To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.

Damage in Transit

Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:

  1. Report the damage within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide clear photographs of both the damage and the packaging.
  3. We arrange collection and either replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Lifetime Guarantee

Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.

This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
