Description

A tall windblown figure in clear resin, with a milky white core running through the skirt and body. The skirt falls the whole length of the figure and flares at the foot, and at the top a clear scarf is flung out sideways as if caught by the wind. Smoke darkens the neck and shoulders, and a flash of green glows at the chest. It is supplied with a black marble base.

A White Core, a Green Flash, a Clear Scarf

Three things happen inside this figure. A milky white core fills the skirt and body, soft and cloudy, so the figure has substance from across a room; clear resin surrounds it, so the outline stays sharp and glassy; and at the neck a smoky shadow gathers, with a flash of green where the chest turns. The scarf at the top is left entirely clear. Each casting varies a little in how the white clouds and where the green falls, and a gloss is taken over the whole surface.

A hall, a landing or a living-room corner suits it, where it can stand on the floor or on a plinth and be seen from several sides. A dark or coloured wall shows off the white core; a white wall makes the clear edges and the scarf stand out. Daylight from the side brings the green to life, and a spotlight from above makes the scarf glitter.

Whiter, Clearer, Greener, and the Crate

As standard the build runs 3–4 weeks, and as a bespoke commission 5–6. The white core can be made denser or thinner, the smoke at the neck taken away or deepened, and the green flash changed for another colour or left out. Its base can also be had in white marble. The same figure is made in yellow and brown, sold separately. At this size it is crated singly and needs a pair of people to unpack and stand it up, one at the foot and one keeping it upright. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.

Clear resin around a milky white core is a quieter treatment among our resin sculptures, the flung scarf and windblown figure lead to our contemporary and modern sculptures, and more tall pieces for an interior are in our indoor sculptures.

Production Time

Almost every sculpture is handmade to order by our artisans — we do not mass-produce.

  • Standard sculptures: approximately 3–4 weeks from order confirmation.
  • Bespoke commissions (custom sizes, finishes, or fully custom designs): approximately 5–6 weeks from design sign-off.

Production time is separate from delivery time.

Free Worldwide Shipping

Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.

Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.

All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.

Delivery to Your Address

Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.

For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.

Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.

International Orders & Customs

For orders shipping outside the United Kingdom, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees at your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local authority and are not included in our shipping cost.

If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.

Returns

Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.

Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.

To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.

Damage in Transit

Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:

  1. Report the damage within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide clear photographs of both the damage and the packaging.
  3. We arrange collection and either replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Lifetime Guarantee

Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.

This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
