Description

A set of three display plinths, each a tube of clear acrylic capped with a white top on a polished metal rim. The three stand at different heights, a tall one, a middle one and a low, wide one, so a group of objects can be shown at three levels at once. The clear tubes all but disappear, which leaves the white tops reading as three discs held in the air. They are sold together as a set of three.

Three White Tops at Three Levels

These work by contrast. The tube is clear and plain to the eye, so its presence is a matter of edges and reflections, while the top is an opaque white disc that gives whatever stands on it a plain, bright ground. The metal rim draws a fine bright line round each top, which marks its level clearly from across a room. Set out together, the three tops step from tall to low, and the stepping is what turns three plinths into a display: the eye moves from one level to the next instead of along a line.

At 70cm the tall plinth brings an object up to about table height, the middle one a little below it and the low one to about knee height, so the set suits a shop window, a gallery, a showroom or a hallway, wherever three pieces need showing together at different levels. The tubes take on the colour of whatever stands behind them, so a plain wall or floor keeps the white tops crisp.

Heights, Tops and Lifting Them

Count on the difference between standard and bespoke: 3–4 weeks or 5–6. The heights, the diameters and the colour of the tops are drawn per commission, so a set at other heights, or with black or clear tops in place of white, can be made from this design. The three are sold together and never singly. Each plinth is lifted with both hands round the tube just below its top, never by the rim alone, and set down on a level floor before anything is placed on it. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.

Production Time

Almost every sculpture is handmade to order by our artisans — we do not mass-produce.

  • Standard sculptures: approximately 3–4 weeks from order confirmation.
  • Bespoke commissions (custom sizes, finishes, or fully custom designs): approximately 5–6 weeks from design sign-off.

Production time is separate from delivery time.

Free Worldwide Shipping

Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.

Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.

All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.

Delivery to Your Address

Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.

For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.

Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.

International Orders & Customs

For all orders delivered worldwide, all customs duties, import taxes, and applicable local clearance fees are fully included in the purchase price. We manage and settle these charges on your behalf, ensuring you will not incur any additional fees upon arrival.

Please note that this policy excludes shipments delivered to Switzerland, as well as any individual orders where an exclusion is explicitly stated prior to purchase; in such instances, local customs charges and import taxes remain the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.

Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.

To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.

Damage in Transit

Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:

  1. Report the damage within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide clear photographs of both the damage and the packaging.
  3. We arrange collection and either replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Lifetime Guarantee

Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.

This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
