Description

A long gold drop, polished to a mirror shine, hangs point down over a crown of clear resin spray, its tip reaching in among the tallest tendrils. The water below opens from a narrow foot into a bowl of spray with tall arms that fork as they climb, and at its centre a small drop of mirror-polished silver stands point up, directly beneath the gold one. The two points line up, so the piece reads as a single moment: a drop falling and the water rising to meet it.

Gold Above, Silver Below and Clear Spray Between

Both drops are stainless steel, one finished in gold and one in silver, and both are polished until they act as mirrors, so their colour comes as much from the room as from the metal. That makes them change through the day, bright in sunlight and deep and glowing under lamps in the evening. Between them the splash is clear resin, glossy and restless, its tendrils forking like branches as they rise, and it is the part of the piece the eye looks through rather than into. The long taper of the gold drop and the short, rounded form of the silver one give the two metals different characters.

At 120cm it fits a reception area, a broad landing or a quiet living-room corner, where the gold drop hangs at about chest height and can be seen from every side. Leave room above and around it so that the drop stays clear of anyone passing. A plain wall behind keeps the tendrils sharp, and a spotlight from above sets both mirrors flashing. Indoor use only.

Mirror Finishes, Other Metals and Crating

As standard the build runs 3–4 weeks, and as a bespoke commission 5–6. One order brings the clear splash with its silver drop and the hanging gold drop, sold individually. On commission the hanging drop can be finished in silver, bronze or black instead of gold and the small drop in gold to match it, while the splash can take a tint of your choosing or be given longer tendrils. The splash and the hanging drop are crated separately, every tendril padded and each mirror surface sleeved against marks. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.

Production Time

Almost every sculpture is handmade to order by our artisans — we do not mass-produce.

  • Standard sculptures: approximately 3–4 weeks from order confirmation.
  • Bespoke commissions (custom sizes, finishes, or fully custom designs): approximately 5–6 weeks from design sign-off.

Production time is separate from delivery time.

Free Worldwide Shipping

Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.

Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.

All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.

Delivery to Your Address

Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.

For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.

Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.

International Orders & Customs

For all orders delivered worldwide, all customs duties, import taxes, and applicable local clearance fees are fully included in the purchase price. We manage and settle these charges on your behalf, ensuring you will not incur any additional fees upon arrival.

Please note that this policy excludes shipments delivered to Switzerland, as well as any individual orders where an exclusion is explicitly stated prior to purchase; in such instances, local customs charges and import taxes remain the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.

Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.

To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.

Damage in Transit

Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:

  1. Report the damage within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide clear photographs of both the damage and the packaging.
  3. We arrange collection and either replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Lifetime Guarantee

Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.

This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
