An acrylic sculpture built from spheres of five or six diameters: the broadest gather in a cluster at the foot, and from them a chain of spheres climbs in an arc that does not stand upright but leans out well past its own foot, turns at a broad sphere with a single sphere hanging free beneath it, and rises again to its tip. Two of the spheres, the one at the tip and one tucked behind the foot, are a matt, opaque white; the rest are clear acrylic under an iridescent film, so they carry almost no colour of their own and pick up gold, amber, blue and violet wherever a curve turns towards the light. The disc beneath is round metal, polished to a silver mirror and edged in gold, and it spans the full width of the piece, showing every one of those colours again underneath.
The lean is the composition. The arc reaches far beyond the cluster it rises from, so the broad spheres at the bottom are what make it look settled, and the run of diameters up the chain is drawn to keep the line moving: it narrows as it climbs, swells again at the broad sphere where it turns, and narrows once more towards the tip. Every joint between spheres is made where the two curves touch, which on a clear body is a joint you can see through, so it is worked until it reads as a contact rather than as a fixing. The two white spheres are the full stops at either end of the line. The disc is polished last, since a mirror finish shows any hollow in the plate as a distortion in the reflection rather than on the plate.
This needs to be seen from the front and from slightly above, which puts it on a sideboard, a console or the top of a low bookcase rather than on the floor. It also needs empty air on the side it leans towards. Set against a wall on that side the lean stops reading and the piece looks like a mistake. The reflection in the disc is half the composition, so avoid a downlight directly over it: that lights the tops of the spheres and turns the disc into a bright blank. Soft light from one side, and a dark surround, is what makes the doubled arc read.
Plan for 3–4 weeks on a standard piece and 5–6 weeks on a bespoke commission. The number of spheres, their grading and how far the arc leans are all drawn per piece, so a shallow arc with fewer bodies or a much steeper one are both available from this design. The film is specified at order: this near-colourless shift, a warm gold, a cool blue, or plain polished spheres with no film. The disc is offered in this silver mirror with its gold edge, a gold tone all over or a dark bronze, and in a wider diameter where the piece is to be seen in the round. It is lifted by the disc, with the arc steadied by hand, and never by a sphere. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.
The spheres themselves are acrylic sculpture, the lean of the arc is nearer organic sculpture, and the mirror under it wants the even light of indoor sculpture.

Almost every sculpture is handmade to order by our artisans — we do not mass-produce.
Production time is separate from delivery time.
Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.
Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.
All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.
Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.
For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.
Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.
For all orders delivered worldwide, all customs duties, import taxes, and applicable local clearance fees are fully included in the purchase price. We manage and settle these charges on your behalf, ensuring you will not incur any additional fees upon arrival.
Please note that this policy excludes shipments delivered to Switzerland, as well as any individual orders where an exclusion is explicitly stated prior to purchase; in such instances, local customs charges and import taxes remain the responsibility of the customer.
If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.
Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.
To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.
Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:
Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
If you have questions about shipping, customs, delivery timing, or anything else before you order, our team is here to help. Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone, and we'll respond within 24 hours.
