A freestanding frame in clear acrylic and gold-toned metal. Six acrylic posts stand in a row, each a flat blade set edge-on to the front with its ends cut on the slant and a small gold-toned cap at its top, and two gold-toned round rails run the full width across them, one just below the tops and one just above the feet. Between the posts open five bays, and diagonal braces cross every one of them, broad and slim flat bars and fine rods in acrylic and metal, each ending at a small gold-toned plate or collar on its post.
The frame is a drawing in straight lines, and the clear acrylic is what keeps it light. Seen from the front, the posts read as narrow uprights of light; seen from an angle, their faces open out and show how deep the frame is. The two gold-toned rails draw a firm line along the top and along the foot, so the six posts read as one object rather than six. The braces supply the movement. They change in number, in width and in direction from one bay to the next, so no two bays are braced alike and the eye travels the whole width of the frame instead of reading five repeats. The posts are cut with their ends bevelled and their edges polished, and every bar and rod finishes at a small gold-toned fitting, which repeats the gold of the rails in small points across the frame.
At 200cm it stands above head height, so it suits a large room, a hall or a gallery where it can be seen from both sides and walked past. Being open, it can stand across a room as a screen that divides the space without closing it off, or along a wall, where its braces throw a second drawing in shadow onto the plaster. Side light catches the gold of the rails and fittings and makes the clear posts glint, and an uncluttered wall or a window beyond the frame keeps its bracing legible. Stand it on a level floor.
Expect 3–4 weeks for a standard piece and 5–6 weeks where the commission is bespoke. As a commission the frame can be made with another number of bays or to another height, its brace pattern redrawn, and its rails and fittings given a silver or a black finish in place of the gold tone. Each frame is sold singly, and two or more can be ordered to stand in a line along a long room. It is moved upright by two people, one at each end post, lifted clear of the floor rather than dragged, and set down level. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.
A row of six clear posts braced in acrylic and metal between gold-toned rails is placed with our geometric sculptures, our acrylic sculptures and our indoor sculptures.

Production time is separate from delivery time.
Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.
Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.
All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.
Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.
For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.
Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.
For all orders delivered worldwide, all customs duties, import taxes, and applicable local clearance fees are fully included in the purchase price. We manage and settle these charges on your behalf, ensuring you will not incur any additional fees upon arrival.
Please note that this policy excludes shipments delivered to Switzerland, as well as any individual orders where an exclusion is explicitly stated prior to purchase; in such instances, local customs charges and import taxes remain the responsibility of the customer.
If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.
Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.
To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.
Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:
Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
If you have questions about shipping, customs, delivery timing, or anything else before you order, our team is here to help. Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone, and we'll respond within 24 hours.
