Description

A long bronze-toned stainless steel drop hangs point down above a splash of clear resin, as though caught in the instant before it falls. Below it the water opens into a deep bowl of spray and throws up tall, branching tendrils, several of them ending in small rounded beads, and at the centre of the bowl a little bronze-toned drop stands point up, answering the one above. The splash rests on a small round black base, and both drops share the same soft, satin bronze-toned finish.

A Falling Bronze-Toned Drop Above a Branching Clear Splash

Two materials meet here, and each makes the other look more like what it stands for. The hanging drop is stainless steel with a warm, satin bronze-toned finish, smooth and solid, with soft highlights running down its length rather than sharp reflections, and the small drop below shares its finish. The splash is clear resin, glossy and full of movement, its tendrils forking like bare branches as they climb, so the eye travels up through the water to the point of the hanging drop and back down to the small one waiting at the centre. The open space between those two points is the heart of the piece.

It needs height and open space around it, so it belongs in a lobby, a stairwell or a quiet corner of a large living room, where the drop can hang clear of anyone passing and the splash can be walked round. Against a plain, pale wall the tendrils look their crispest, and a light from above makes the bronze tone glow and draws a bright line down each drop. Indoor use only.

Bronze-Toned, Gold or Silver Drops and the Crates

The standard build is 3–4 weeks and the bespoke build 5–6. Everything here is one order: the clear splash with its small bronze-toned drop, the hanging drop and the round black base, sold individually. On commission the drops can be finished in polished gold, bright silver or black in place of the bronze tone, the splash can be tinted, and the tendrils can be lengthened or held in closer to the bowl. The splash travels in a crate with every tendril padded and braced, and the hanging drop is wrapped and crated on its own. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.

Production Time

Almost every sculpture is handmade to order by our artisans — we do not mass-produce.

  • Standard sculptures: approximately 3–4 weeks from order confirmation.
  • Bespoke commissions (custom sizes, finishes, or fully custom designs): approximately 5–6 weeks from design sign-off.

Production time is separate from delivery time.

Free Worldwide Shipping

Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.

Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.

All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.

Delivery to Your Address

Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.

For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.

Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.

International Orders & Customs

For orders shipping outside the United Kingdom, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees at your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local authority and are not included in our shipping cost.

If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.

Returns

Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.

Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.

To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.

Damage in Transit

Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:

  1. Report the damage within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide clear photographs of both the damage and the packaging.
  3. We arrange collection and either replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Lifetime Guarantee

Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.

This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
