A broad rock of clear cast resin stands on a honey-toned wooden base, its outline climbing from a pointed spur at the left to a rounded crown, dipping through a shallow saddle and lifting again to a squared crest at the right. Pale seams cross the clear body like cracks in river ice, and slender slivers of olive and amber are caught at different depths within it. The base comes with the rock, and each piece is sold individually.
The resin is clear right through, so every sliver can be followed from the front and from behind, some near the face and others deep in the mass. The outer faces are left rough and broken into ridges, hollows and fractures, and the pale seams running across them give the body the look of quartz split along its grain. The base is wood in a warm honey tone with its grain left visible, and its ends are cut at a slant so it widens towards the foot. No two rocks hold their slivers in quite the same places.
Its long, low outline suits a console, a sideboard or a credenza, and a wide shelf in a study will hold it where the crest catches the eye on entering. Because the resin is clear, whatever stands behind it shows through, so a dark wall deepens the seams and a pale one lets the amber read more strongly. Daylight from one side brings out the broken faces. Indoor use only.
Allow 3–4 weeks for a standard piece and 5–6 weeks for a bespoke commission. Metal leaf or another inclusion can take the place of the olive-amber slivers, and the base can be cut from another timber or replaced with marble. Other sizes are made to order, and a bespoke rock can be drawn from a sketch or a written brief. Rock and base travel in a fitted crate, packed apart, and the resin should be lifted from underneath rather than by its crest. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.
A saddle-backed crest of clear resin holding olive-amber slivers sits among our resin sculptures; its broken outline places it with our abstract sculptures, and on a console it joins our indoor sculptures.

Almost every sculpture is handmade to order by our artisans — we do not mass-produce.
Production time is separate from delivery time.
Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.
Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.
All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.
Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.
For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.
Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.
For orders shipping outside the United Kingdom, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees at your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local authority and are not included in our shipping cost.
If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.
Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.
To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.
Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:
Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
If you have questions about shipping, customs, delivery timing, or anything else before you order, our team is here to help. Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone, and we'll respond within 24 hours.
