Standing on a plain black base, this craggy form in clear resin pushes a low spur out from its left side, swells to a rounded hump near the middle and, past a gentle dip, finishes in a broad flat-topped crown on the right. Fine silvery cracks web the glassy body, and brassy amber slivers are held inside it, two of them meeting in a point high on the left. It ships with its base, and the price covers one rock.
Clear resin forms the whole body and stays glass-bright between the cracks, so each sliver can be traced from the front face back towards the rear, its tone moving from olive to a brassy shine. A fine web of crackle runs over every surface and flashes silver as you move past it, while the outer edges stay rough and uneven like a broken lump of rock crystal. Under it sits a wooden base finished in smooth black, which frames the clear form and warms the slivers by contrast. The scatter of slivers differs a little from one rock to the next.
With its black base it reads crisply on a pale console or sideboard, and it holds its own on a reception desk where people pass close to it. A plain wall behind keeps the crackle legible, whereas a busy pattern competes with it. Side light lifts the brassy slivers, and overhead spots pick out the rough crown. Indoor use only.
Plan for 3–4 weeks on a standard piece and 5–6 weeks on a bespoke commission. Other inclusions, metal leaf among them, are offered as alternatives, the base can be finished in another colour or made in stone, and a different scale can be cast to suit a particular surface. A fully bespoke outline can be modelled from your brief. It is delivered in a padded crate with the base wrapped on its own, and it is best lifted with both hands under the resin. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.
Glassy crackle over brassy slivers on a black block puts this rock among our abstract sculptures; cast clear, it joins our resin sculptures, and its black block keeps it sharp on a reception desk beside our indoor sculptures.

Almost every sculpture is handmade to order by our artisans — we do not mass-produce.
Production time is separate from delivery time.
Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.
Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.
All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.
Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.
For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.
Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.
For orders shipping outside the United Kingdom, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees at your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local authority and are not included in our shipping cost.
If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.
Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.
To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.
Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:
Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
If you have questions about shipping, customs, delivery timing, or anything else before you order, our team is here to help. Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone, and we'll respond within 24 hours.
