The Classical Egyptian Pharaoh Bronze Bust stands at an imposing 100cm, presenting a forward-facing pharaonic portrait of absolute authority. The nemes headdress, uraeus cobra, layered usekh collar, and braided false beard are rendered with the precision of ancient court sculpture, reborn in warm gold-toned cast bronze.
This piece is produced using the lost-wax casting method, a technique unchanged in its essentials for millennia and still the benchmark for capturing fine surface relief. Every detail of the gold-toned bronze bust, the tiered bead rows of the broad collar, the geometric and wheel-motif frieze across the stepped integral plinth, the spherical finial crowning the headdress, is hand-finished by our studio craftspeople to achieve the warm, moderately reflective gilt surface seen here. The result is closer to a museum commission than a decorative reproduction.
At 100cm tall and 65kg, this is a statement sculpture that commands its setting. The polished gold finish reads beautifully against dark stone, rich timber panelling, and deep-toned walls. It suits formal reception halls, private libraries, hotel lobbies, gallery spaces, and any interior that calls for a centrepiece of genuine weight and presence. This piece is particularly suited to interior settings, where the gilt finish and relief detail are best appreciated under controlled lighting.
The standard finish is polished gold-toned bronze, as shown. We can also apply a traditional dark patina, a mid-tone antique bronze, or a mixed verde-and-gold treatment to suit your interior scheme. Scale adjustments are available, and we welcome fully bespoke commissions. This design draws on the canon of Egyptian pharaonic sculpture and can be produced in larger monumental formats on request.
