Angular crystals of several heights rise together from two clear feet, each cut to flat faces that meet in sharp edges. Smoke brown through the crystals that rise, clearing almost to nothing in the two feet that carry them. The two clear feet are cast with the cluster and nothing comes under it.
Every arris on this piece is left as cut rather than eased, and that is not a finish decision but a structural one: a softened edge would run one facet into its neighbour and the cluster would stop reading as separate crystals. The count is held by the edges. Two tones in one body is how the cluster is read as growing out of something: the feet are left nearly colourless and everything above them takes the smoke, so the eye starts at the bottom. Every facet is polished and every arris left sharp.
Give it a desk or a cabinet top where it can be turned. Something pale behind it, because the smoke is darkest at the crown and wants a ground to end against. One source above and to one side: each facet takes it at a different angle and the cluster reads as a run of bright points. The silhouette carries; which facet is forward settles only close to.
Work on a bespoke commission runs to 5–6 weeks, on a standard piece to 3–4. Say the word and the crystal count goes up, the smoke is exchanged, or the cluster is made at another height. Add a crystal and the feet are drawn wider, since each one added leans a little further out than the last. The count of crystals is fixed before any of it is cast. One crate, and it wants nothing but lifting clear. One person, both hands around the feet and the points left alone. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.
A cluster of smoke brown crystals on two clear feet stands in our indoor sculptures; its sharp arrises place it with our contemporary and modern sculptures, and the smoke drawn through the resin joins our resin sculptures.

Almost every sculpture at Giant Sculptures is handmade to order, then shipped worldwide free of charge. Below is everything you need to know before you order, and what to expect after.
Almost every sculpture is handmade to order by our artisans — we do not mass-produce.
Production time is separate from delivery time.
Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.
Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.
All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.
Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.
For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.
Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.
For orders shipping outside the United Kingdom, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees at your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local authority and are not included in our shipping cost.
If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.
Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.
To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.
Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:
Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
If you have questions about shipping, customs, delivery timing, or anything else before you order, our team is here to help. Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone, and we'll respond within 24 hours.
