This long ribbon of resin twists from one end to the other, lifting to a single crest in the middle and drawn out into a fine point at one end and a broad, rounded blade at the other. Its broad faces are a pale sky blue, and the colour gathers into a deep navy wherever the ribbon twists over onto its edge, tracing the shoulders and running out along both tips. Its block of black marble is included, and both ends of the sheet reach well beyond it.
The blue changes with every turn of the sheet. Where a broad face is turned towards you the colour is pale and airy, close to a clear summer sky; where the sheet twists over onto its edge the tint deepens into a line of dark navy, so the form is outlined in its own colour, like a pale wash edged in pen. Along the top the edge climbs to one crest and falls away again, and at the far end the sheet opens out into a wide blade whose pale face and navy rim make the last of the twist easy to follow. A high polish runs over every surface, with long highlights sliding along each fold.
Its length wants a sideboard or a console with clear space at both ends, where the point and the blade can reach out into open air. Behind it, a white or soft grey wall flatters the sky blue and sharpens the navy edges, and side light from a window draws a bright line along the crest. It suits a calm, light living room, a study or a hallway, anywhere it can be passed along its whole length. Indoor use only.
Making a standard piece takes 3–4 weeks, and making a bespoke one 5–6. As a commission the blue can be taken paler or deeper, the navy edges softened or strengthened, or the whole sheet tinted one even colour, and the marble beneath can be swapped for a paler stone. The twist itself can be drawn tighter or looser, and the sheet made at other lengths along the same line. It travels in a padded crate, block wrapped separately, and the sheet is lifted by its middle, with the point and the blade held clear of the crate's sides. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.
Sky blue edged in navy and twisted from a fine point to a broad blade, this sheet joins our organic sculptures, our resin sculptures and our indoor sculptures.

Almost every sculpture at Giant Sculptures is handmade to order, then shipped worldwide free of charge. Below is everything you need to know before you order, and what to expect after.
Almost every sculpture is handmade to order by our artisans — we do not mass-produce.
Production time is separate from delivery time.
Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.
Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.
All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.
Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.
For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.
Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.
For orders shipping outside the United Kingdom, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees at your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local authority and are not included in our shipping cost.
If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.
Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.
To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.
Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:
Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
If you have questions about shipping, customs, delivery timing, or anything else before you order, our team is here to help. Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone, and we'll respond within 24 hours.
