This stool is cast in resin graded from deep blue across the dished top to warm amber at its four heavy splayed feet, with arched webs running between the legs. The colour is in the material and gathers where the section is deepest, so the feet read warmest and the seat coolest.
The two colours are poured in sequence and the meeting is worked while both are still live, so there is no line between them - the blue gives way to amber over a span rather than at an edge, and where that happens is decided at order. The dished top is worked flat-bottomed inside its rim so a glass sits without rocking. The webs between the legs are drawn out of the same body and carry load as well as closing the form. All four feet are ground flat and levelled as a set, and every face is polished including the underside of the seat, because a translucent stool is read through from any angle.
It sits at a comfortable height for an adult, and the dished top holds a glass or a tray without either rocking. The graduation reads best from standing height, where both colours are in view at once, so it belongs where it is walked past rather than pushed into a corner. On a pale floor the amber feet appear to sit in their own warmth, and the four feet spread the load better than two would.
Ours is a 3–4 week build as standard, and a 5–6 week build when the commission is bespoke. Most of it is the colour graduation. Three points are open. Where the blue gives way to amber is set at order, the four feet are drawn heavier or finer, and either colour can be replaced with another. You name the seat diameter and the seat height. Once the order is placed as one, the point the blue gives way to amber is carried through it. The packing is shaped to the dished top rim and the four feet, and moving it is a two-person job. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.
Blue fading to amber down four splayed feet gives our art furniture a stool; the webbed legs answer our organic sculptures, its two-colour pour our resin sculptures.

Almost every sculpture is handmade to order by our artisans — we do not mass-produce.
Production time is separate from delivery time.
Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.
Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.
All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.
Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.
For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.
Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.
For orders shipping outside the United Kingdom, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees at your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local authority and are not included in our shipping cost.
If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.
Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.
To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.
Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:
Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
If you have questions about shipping, customs, delivery timing, or anything else before you order, our team is here to help. Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone, and we'll respond within 24 hours.
