Description

Navy swirls through deep blue resin in a range poised over its reflection like a lake at night, the tips clearing a little where the colour thins. In the reflected half every peak is softened, and two openings break through the centre. A black marble stand is supplied with it.

Night Blue Over Still Water

Deep blue gives this form the feeling of night falling over a lake: the swirls of darker navy move through both halves like cloud, and the clearer tips catch the last of the evening. The range above is drawn with sharp summits and the reflection below with softened, broken ones, which is how water renders a mountain, and the openings through the waterline open the scene to whatever is behind it. Polishing every face keeps the deep colour from turning dull.

Rich blue reads well against warm walls, cream, ochre or terracotta. On a high dresser or a long shelf the waterline comes up to the eye and divides the form cleanly, and a lamp beside it in the evening brings the swirls forward. Side daylight shows how the tips clear. Give it its whole length on the surface, with the pointed ends left free.

Navy Swirls, Blue Water and Delivery

Time separates the two: a bespoke commission takes 5–6 weeks, a standard piece 3–4. The swirls can be denser for a stormier night or lighter for a calmer one, the navy can give way to black or teal, and the gaps through the middle can be widened or closed. A block of another size is possible. Casting and stone travel in their own crates and are brought together on site, where two people raise the range onto the stone. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.

A deep blue range over night water belongs with our organic sculptures; navy swirling through deep blue sets it among our resin sculptures, and a dark scene against a warm wall suits our indoor sculptures.

Production Time

Almost every sculpture is handmade to order by our artisans — we do not mass-produce.

  • Standard sculptures: approximately 3–4 weeks from order confirmation.
  • Bespoke commissions (custom sizes, finishes, or fully custom designs): approximately 5–6 weeks from design sign-off.

Production time is separate from delivery time.

Free Worldwide Shipping

Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.

Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.

All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.

Delivery to Your Address

Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.

For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.

Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.

International Orders & Customs

For orders shipping outside the United Kingdom, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees at your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local authority and are not included in our shipping cost.

If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.

Returns

Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.

Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.

To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.

Damage in Transit

Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:

  1. Report the damage within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide clear photographs of both the damage and the packaging.
  3. We arrange collection and either replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Lifetime Guarantee

Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.

This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
