The top of this long table is a coastline seen from above. Pale sand and sky-pale water swirl together across most of it, and where the outline cuts in along one long edge and at one end, the water turns a deep blue over timber layers that step down beneath it like the floor of a bay. The body below is built from horizontal timber layers in a warm gold, their edges cut back to an undulating contour so the sides read as a bank rather than an apron.
The two halves of the piece describe the same landscape at different scales. The top is the water and the beach, drawn in colour, and its outline is free rather than rectangular, so the table's plan is itself a stretch of coast. The body is the land, and it is laid up in courses whose exposed edges step in and out as they rise, so from any angle the sides read as contour lines on a map. The timber is a golden hardwood and the layer edges are the only pattern on it. The top carries all of the blue on the piece, and its outline changes at every point along the length.
It belongs in a room with clearance to walk the full length on both sides: a boardroom, a private dining room, a hotel or club space, or a showroom floor. It is a table people will look down into rather than merely eat from, so the lighting matters more than usual and a wash along the length reads better than a single pendant. There is no better position for it than out in a space with the whole outline visible; against a wall half the coast is lost. Indoor use only.
Where the piece is standard the build is 3–4 weeks, and where it is bespoke 5–6. A table of this length will not turn a stair, a landing or most corridors, so the access route is settled before anything is made: door widths, corridor lengths, ceiling height at every turn, lift dimensions where there is one, and whether there is a straight run from the entrance to the room. Where the route will not take it in one length the table is made in two or three sections meeting on joints set to fall in the water rather than across the shoreline, so the drawn line is never interrupted. It arrives on a purpose-built pallet, and it is a six-person placement with the body positioned and levelled before anything else. Length, the shoreline geometry and the timber species are all specified at order, and the water can be drawn to a particular stretch of coast from a chart you send us. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.
Coast and contour lines give this long table its place in our organic sculptures; the sea-blue casting joins our resin sculptures, and the table itself our art furniture.

Almost every sculpture is handmade to order by our artisans — we do not mass-produce.
Production time is separate from delivery time.
Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.
Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.
All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.
Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.
For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.
Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.
For orders shipping outside the United Kingdom, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees at your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local authority and are not included in our shipping cost.
If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.
Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.
To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.
Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:
Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
If you have questions about shipping, customs, delivery timing, or anything else before you order, our team is here to help. Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone, and we'll respond within 24 hours.
