A cast resin sculpture curving up and away from a black marble base as one horn: a ribbed sheet curled into a channel that widens as it climbs and opens at the top into a broad, curled lip. The whole outer face is worked in fine close-set ribs that wind diagonally round it, and down the left-hand side of the lower half they stand proud as a row of small teeth against the light. The material is a deep blue and nearly opaque at the foot, and it thins steadily along the curve until the lip is clear. There is no join, no fork and no fold anywhere in it.
What makes this piece difficult is what it does not have. There is no junction anywhere in it, so there is nowhere to hide a change of section, and the curve has to be right along its whole length or it is visible for the whole length. A form with a fork or a fold can carry a correction at the joint, where the eye expects something to happen; an unbroken curve cannot, and any flat spot in the sweep reads as a dent. The ribs are the tell. They wind round the horn close and even from the foot to the lip, so the eye follows them up the curve and any lapse in it would show at once, and where the sheet's edge runs down the left-hand side they break out as fine teeth. The blue does the rest, darkest in the deep foot and clearing to nothing at the open top.
At 115cm on its marble block, this rises to just above waist height and belongs on the floor. It wants a position approached from the side rather than head-on, because the sweep only reads in profile: a hall return, a stair head, the space beside a tall window, or a corner of a room where a curve is worth having against two straight walls. Give it clearance overhead; the curled lip is the end of the gesture and a low ceiling or a shelf above cuts it off. Set a light behind it and off to one side and a single highlight runs the length of the ribbing, which is this piece at its best. Frontal light flattens the curve into a blue silhouette.
Whether it is standard or bespoke sets the build: 3–4 weeks or 5–6. Height, the rate of the curve and the rib pitch are drawn per commission, so a version at gallery scale or one worked to a much tighter curve can be drawn from this design, and colour is a separate choice, from this blue to an amber or a smoke, or a clear body with the tint kept to the foot. The horn is lifted by its deep foot and never near the lip, and set down square on its marble. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.
A ribbed horn curling open at its lip, this blue piece is counted among our organic sculptures, our resin sculptures and our contemporary and modern sculptures.

Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.
Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.
All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.
Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.
For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.
Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.
For all orders delivered worldwide, all customs duties, import taxes, and applicable local clearance fees are fully included in the purchase price. We manage and settle these charges on your behalf, ensuring you will not incur any additional fees upon arrival.
Please note that this policy excludes shipments delivered to Switzerland, as well as any individual orders where an exclusion is explicitly stated prior to purchase; in such instances, local customs charges and import taxes remain the responsibility of the customer.
If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.
Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.
To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.
Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:
Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
If you have questions about shipping, customs, delivery timing, or anything else before you order, our team is here to help. Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone, and we'll respond within 24 hours.
