A frosted blue C of resin, open to one side like a wave curling over: the upper end rolls forward into a doubled lip, the lower end lifts into a short, rounded peak, and the whole C rests on the broad, flat underside of its lower curve. The blue is deepest down the back of the curve and pales to a soft aqua at the lip. The opening between the two ends is most of the piece: from the front it is a standing arc and from the side it closes to a blade. Nothing is supplied beneath it.
An open C turned on its side reads as a wave in the act of curling over, and the colour is laid to follow the water: heaviest where the curve comes down behind, a clear sky blue along the foot, thinning to a pale aqua through the roll of the lip. The frosting is doing the explaining. A polished C returns the room along its whole length and the eye reads a bright line and nothing else. Frosted, each part of the curve gives back its own value, so the turn of the form can be followed from the foot round to the lip.
Standing 70cm high, it suits a place on the floor or a broad low table, and it needs something behind it that repays looking through the opening. Against a wall the arc becomes a blue shape and the opening stops being one. It is met square rather than walked round, since the profile closes from the side. Light from behind does more than light on it, because the frosting turns transmitted light into a glow across the whole curve instead of a highlight along it.
Lead times run 5–6 weeks bespoke and 3–4 standard. The C can be drawn more nearly closed or opened wider, and the deepest blue can be carried up into the lip instead of held down the back of the curve. Other spans are built on this profile, the curl redrawn to keep its proportions rather than scaled. A polished finish can replace the frost, which makes a brighter object and one harder to follow. It ships standing, the opening blocked out, and is carried by the outer edge and never through the arc. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.
A frosted blue curl held open like a breaking wave sits with our organic sculptures, our resin sculptures and our indoor sculptures.

Almost every sculpture is handmade to order by our artisans — we do not mass-produce.
Production time is separate from delivery time.
Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.
Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.
All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.
Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.
For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.
Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.
For orders shipping outside the United Kingdom, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees at your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local authority and are not included in our shipping cost.
If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.
Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.
To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.
Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:
Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
If you have questions about shipping, customs, delivery timing, or anything else before you order, our team is here to help. Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone, and we'll respond within 24 hours.
