Blue & Copper Electroplated Astro Devil Figure - 35cm $62000
Description

The Blue & Copper Electroplated Astro Devil Figure is a 35cm tabletop astronaut sculpture rendered in mirror-finish electroplating — a horned helmet in deep electroplated blue, a fully reflective mirrored visor, a chrome-bodied suit, and contrasting gold-electroplated hands and boots. At this scale the piece reads as a collector's object: substantial enough to command a shelf, plinth, or desk, compact enough to slot into curated vignettes. The reflective surfaces visibly catch their surroundings — interior light, colour, and silhouettes pull across the figure constantly, making it a piece that shifts character throughout the day.

Mirror-Chrome Detail at Collector Scale

This giant astronaut sculpture in miniature form is cast in premium resin, selected for its ability to take electroplating cleanly across the suit's panelling, helmet curvature, and articulated glove and boot detail. The electroplating is genuine metallic plating — not painted, not sprayed — applied directly to the resin in three distinct tones: blue across the horned helmet, chrome across the body, and warm copper-gold across the hands and boots. Each tone is plated separately, producing the multi-finish contrast that defines the piece. The mirrored visor is finished to a true reflective standard and the devil horns rise from the helmet as part of the integrated cast form. Surface preparation, plating, and final hand-buffing are carried out by our artisans across each unit.

A blue and copper astronaut statue at 35cm suits placements where larger figures don't fit: shelving units, console tables, glass cabinets, design-led desks, retail counters, and curated collector groupings. The reflective palette pairs strongly with neutral interiors — warm woods, off-whites, soft greys — and equally well with darker, moodier backdrops where the chrome reads brightest. Indoor display only; electroplated finishes are not specified for outdoor use.

Delivery to Your Address

Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.

For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.

Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.

International Orders & Customs

For orders shipping outside the United Kingdom, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees at your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local authority and are not included in our shipping cost.

If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.

30-Day Returns

We accept 30-day returns on sculptures in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.

To start a return, contact us within 30 days of receipt. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is at the customer's cost.

Bespoke and custom-commissioned pieces are non-refundable once production has started, as they are made specifically to your specification.
