Water thrown up and outward from a single point of impact, opening to left and right with both outer edges left exactly as they came. Deep blue runs through the whole splash, streaked with white, and thins toward clear at the tips of the spreading edges. The narrow foot is cast with the splash, a single stem of resin carrying both spreading sides. Under the foot sits a small clear block, attached to it and included.
A form that spreads this far off a foot you could close a hand around is a balance argument, and the only way to win it is to keep the two spreading sides equal in weight to within very little. The ragged edges are the subject rather than a by-product: a splash trimmed to a clean line stops being a splash, so they are left exactly as thin and as uneven as they arrived. The mass has to be strongest exactly where it is thinnest, which is what a form spreading this far off so narrow a foot demands. Polished, with the spreading edges left ragged as they came out rather than trimmed to a line.
A console or a sideboard, with the spread given clear air on both sides. A plain wall, because the ragged edges are the subject and they need somewhere empty to be ragged against. Light from behind runs through the thin edges and stops at the deep blue middle, so the splash reads lit at its rim. The spread is what reads at any distance and the foot is invisible until you are close.
Making a standard piece takes 3–4 weeks, and making a bespoke one 5–6. The spread is drawn wider, the blue is deepened through the middle, and the edges are trimmed to a line. Draw the spread wider and the foot is thickened, because everything either side is carried on it. Crated with both spreading edges bedded in foam, so that nothing rests on them. Two people, one at each spreading edge, and neither of them lifts it by the block. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.
A blue splash thrown out to left and right leads to our organic sculptures; its ragged edges, left as they came, belong with our resin sculptures, and a wall with open air either side frames it among our indoor sculptures.

Almost every sculpture at Giant Sculptures is handmade to order, then shipped worldwide free of charge. Below is everything you need to know before you order, and what to expect after.
Almost every sculpture is handmade to order by our artisans — we do not mass-produce.
Production time is separate from delivery time.
Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.
Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.
All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.
Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.
For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.
Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.
For orders shipping outside the United Kingdom, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees at your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local authority and are not included in our shipping cost.
If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.
Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.
To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.
Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:
Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
If you have questions about shipping, customs, delivery timing, or anything else before you order, our team is here to help. Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone, and we'll respond within 24 hours.
