A burst of water flung upward from a narrow foot between a pair of long, dark blades that sweep out to either side like wings. The spray rises in spikes of different heights, a deep blue at the root, thinning through paler blue and clearing to colourless glass at the points. The blades are a dark, near navy blue.
The two blades are what give the burst its force: they sweep out low to either side and rise only gently towards their tips, and the spray erupts between them, so the eye reads a sudden upward release against a long, shallow V. Making the blades dark and the spray clear is the same idea in colour, since the weight sits in the blades and the lightness in the water. The spikes are drawn to different heights and left sharp, which keeps the burst irregular, the way a real splash is, and the foot is pinched narrow so the whole burst seems to spring from one point.
At 48cm it sits close to where people are seated, on a desk or a side table, so the spikes can be seen at arm's length. A pale wall behind it makes the dark blades read as a line and the blue glow above them. Light from behind turns the spray luminous. At a distance the two blades and the burst between them carry; the spikes of spray are the detail for a closer look.
Where the piece is standard the build is 3–4 weeks, and where it is bespoke 5–6. There are three options. The blades can be drawn longer or kept short, the blue can be deepened or taken back to leave the spray clear, and the spikes can be made finer. Draw the blades longer and the foot is broadened so the piece stays balanced on its narrow root. It ships in one small crate, packed so that nothing presses on the spikes, and it is lifted out by its narrow foot and set straight in place. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.
Blue spray thrown up between dark, wing-like blades sends this burst on to our organic sculptures, our resin sculptures and our indoor sculptures.

For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.
Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.
For orders shipping outside the United Kingdom, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees at your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local authority and are not included in our shipping cost.

Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.

Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:
Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
If you have questions about shipping, customs, delivery timing, or anything else before you order, our team is here to help. Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone, and we'll respond within 24 hours.
