A small arch of clear resin with black smoke curling through it, the swirls gathered in the standing body and trailing up into the crown. It has the family's flared top, a fin to one side and a splayed foot, and it stands on a narrow black marble plinth that is supplied with it.
Black laid into clear resin in swirls rather than a tint gives the piece movement at a small size: the smoke seems to rise through the body and thin out into the arch. The clear parts keep the form light, and the black gives it a line to follow. Because the swirls are set by hand, no two pieces are alike. Polished all over, so the black reads crisp against the clear. Seen close, it reads as a drawing in ink, and the plinth continues the ink below.
A writing desk or a small console, where it is seen from close by. A white wall behind it makes the smoke swirls stand out; a dark one hides them. It suits a monochrome room and sits well with black frames, white stone and pale timber. Daylight shows the swirls best, and a desk lamp picks out the thin edges.
Once ordered, a standard piece takes 3–4 weeks and a bespoke one 5–6. The smoke can be laid more heavily or more lightly, and in another colour. The plinth can be cut in pale stone. The aqua original and six other colours of this arch are sold separately. Several can be made with the smoke laid differently, so a pair or a row never repeats. It is crated small with its plinth and placed by one person. The fin can be angled a little further out before casting. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.
Ink-like swirls in clear resin run through our resin sculptures, and more of this arched family in other colours can be found in our organic sculptures and our indoor sculptures.

Almost every sculpture is handmade to order by our artisans — we do not mass-produce.
Production time is separate from delivery time.
Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.
Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.
All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.
Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.
For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.
Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.
For orders shipping outside the United Kingdom, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees at your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local authority and are not included in our shipping cost.
If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.
Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.
To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.
Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:
Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
If you have questions about shipping, customs, delivery timing, or anything else before you order, our team is here to help. Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone, and we'll respond within 24 hours.
