Azure blue fills this splash from its foot to its topmost tine, deep in the bowl and lighter, though never colourless, as it rises. Around the bowl stand tall, pointed spikes of varying height, with a web of fine loops inside them; on the left a broad wave climbs and curls over into a ribbon that crosses the top, slotted with long openings and tied to the web by one slim upright. The crest rises at the right-hand end of the ribbon as a hook and a second limb closing into a ring, with a tall tine, a pair of short prongs and a small upright tine of its own, and a reaching arm on the right splays into three points.
A tint carried through every part asks a lot of the form, since there is no clear passage to lighten the top and nothing but the colour's own depth to anchor the foot. In this splash the azure does both jobs. It is densest in the bowl, where the spikes and loops crowd together, and it opens out up the wave and the ribbon into a soft sky blue, still clearly tinted in the crest. Highlights run along every rounded edge, and the openings in the ribbon and the loop at the crest frame the wall behind in blue.
Cool blue belongs in a light-filled room: a living room overlooking water, a sunroom, or a bay window with pale timber underfoot. It sits on the floor or on a short plinth, and at 102cm the hooked crest stands about level with a seated person's shoulder, near enough to follow the blue up every limb. White walls, driftwood and soft grey upholstery all suit it, and morning light from the side makes the bowl glow. It belongs indoors.
Work on a bespoke commission runs to 5–6 weeks, on a standard piece to 3–4. The azure can be mixed deeper, towards a strong sea blue, or lighter, towards ice, and it can be made even from foot to tip or graded to clear at the crest. The arm on the right and the tall tine can each be drawn out further, and the whole piece can be sized to suit the room. A single crate carries it with the crest and the spray each cushioned; once out, it needs no assembly and should be carried from beneath the bowl. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.
Blue that never quite clears, from bowl to topmost tine, keeps this splash in company with our organic sculptures, our resin sculptures and our indoor sculptures.

Almost every sculpture is handmade to order by our artisans — we do not mass-produce.
Production time is separate from delivery time.
Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.
Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.
All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.
Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.
For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.
Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.
For orders shipping outside the United Kingdom, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees at your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local authority and are not included in our shipping cost.
If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.
Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.
To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.
Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:
Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
If you have questions about shipping, customs, delivery timing, or anything else before you order, our team is here to help. Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone, and we'll respond within 24 hours.
