A half-moon bowl of four nested shells, cast in aqua resin. Four shells sit one within the next, each rising a little clear of the one before, and a domed disc stands upright at the back of the arrangement. The aqua is deepest at the outer wall and lightens inward, and fine bubbles are held through the thickness. It arrives as the bowl alone, sitting on the curve of its outermost shell.
Nesting four walls inside one another is a question of how much each is allowed to hide. Set them too close and the piece reads as one thick wall with grooves in it; too far apart and it becomes four separate objects sharing a foot. The spacing here widens as it goes outward, so the innermost pair are nearly touching and the outermost stand well clear, which is what gives the arrangement a direction from the middle out. The bubbles are the other decision. They are held through the walls rather than the floor, so looking in through four of them at once gives the interior a depth that clear material alone would not.
A broad console or a sideboard takes it, set square to the room, because this is a piece met from the front: the clear outer wall shows all four shells and the dome behind them at once. Overhead light passes through all four walls and reaches the floor, which is exactly what the bubbles are there for. A pale surface underneath lifts the whole thing; a dark one turns the interior into a hole. Behind the shells the dome stands as a pale disc, and a plain wall at its back keeps that circle clear of anything else.
Set aside 3–4 weeks for a standard piece and 5–6 weeks for a bespoke commission. The shell count is set to three or five, a second dome is added at the front, and the aqua is cleared toward the rims. Diameter is settled at the order, and the shells are nested to the size instead of kept at four. Where a quieter object is wanted the shell count is brought to three and the spacing opened out, which makes a much more open bowl at the same diameter. The bubble density is set finer or coarser to taste. It ships in one crate packed under the outermost shell alone, and two people should lift it onto a surface. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.
Four aqua shells nested one inside the next, with a pale dome rising behind them, take this bowl to our art furniture, our organic sculptures and our indoor sculptures.

Almost every sculpture is handmade to order by our artisans — we do not mass-produce.
Production time is separate from delivery time.
Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.
Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.
All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.
Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.
For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.
Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.
For orders shipping outside the United Kingdom, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees at your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local authority and are not included in our shipping cost.
If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.
Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.
To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.
Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:
Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
If you have questions about shipping, customs, delivery timing, or anything else before you order, our team is here to help. Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone, and we'll respond within 24 hours.
