This sculpture is cast in aqua and clear resin, two ribbed sheets rising from a single stem on a marble base. The stem and the broad fan beside it are washed with aqua, deepest where the fan rolls over at its outer lip; the second sheet climbs clear behind, its edge scalloped into points, and at its crown it widens into a tall cone with an aqua-tinted rim, a small clear curl bent back at its side. Between the two, the rounded lobes are almost colourless, like shallow water over white sand.
Aqua gives this piece a seaside freshness. The colour concentrates in the stem, in the fan and along the cone's rim, while the rest of the resin stays clear, so the whole piece looks like a pale, watery form edged in turquoise. The parallel ribs on every sheet multiply that effect, each one a separate line of light, and where the fan curls over at its lip the aqua deepens into a strong band, the richest colour anywhere on it. The play between tinted edges and clear faces keeps it lively from every angle.
At 76cm overall, base included, it is at ease on a wide console or a hotel reception desk in a bright interior with pale walls. It brings a cool, coastal note to white, sand and light grey schemes and sits comfortably beside rattan, linen and limed oak. Set it where light can pass through the clear upper sheet, ideally near a window.
Ordinarily a standard piece needs 3–4 weeks and a bespoke commission 5–6. Commissions can carry the aqua higher up the sheets or keep it only in the stem, and a deeper turquoise or a softer tint taken from a sample can be specified. The marble base can be chosen in another colour of stone to suit the room. Lift it by the base with the stem held upright, never by the fan or the cone, and set it down on a level, stable surface. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.
Aqua edging a clear casting of two ribbed sheets gives this sculpture a place with our organic sculptures, our resin sculptures and our contemporary and modern sculptures.

Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.
Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.
All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.
Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.
For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.
Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.
For all orders delivered worldwide, all customs duties, import taxes, and applicable local clearance fees are fully included in the purchase price. We manage and settle these charges on your behalf, ensuring you will not incur any additional fees upon arrival.
Please note that this policy excludes shipments delivered to Switzerland, as well as any individual orders where an exclusion is explicitly stated prior to purchase; in such instances, local customs charges and import taxes remain the responsibility of the customer.
If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.
Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.
To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.
Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:
Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
If you have questions about shipping, customs, delivery timing, or anything else before you order, our team is here to help. Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone, and we'll respond within 24 hours.
