This great wave is cast in aqua resin. A long swell sweeps in low from one side, rolling over at its own end, its surface lined with the grooves of running water, and rises at the far end into a tall breaker whose crest curls forward and over the hollow beneath it, where a thin hooked tongue of water lifts on its own. The aqua is deepest in the swell and along the foot and pales as the breaker rises, its inner face and the hooked tongue running nearly clear while the crest keeps a light aqua rim.
The wave is read from end to end like a sentence: the low swell at one side, the build in the middle and the curling crest at the other. Its surface is combed with long grooves that follow the water's travel, and they tighten and rise as the swell steepens, so the movement is drawn into the resin itself. The colour follows the depth, deep aqua where the body of water is thickest, paling as it thins towards the lip, which keeps only a light aqua edge. At this size the crest is cast with real mass, so it reads as heavy water.
Put it on the floor of a hotel lobby, a gallery, an atrium or a long reception, seen side on along its full length. A dark background, a wall or a curtain, makes the aqua glow and the pale crest shine. Daylight from one side draws out the grooves. It needs width and a clear path round it, and it makes a strong centre for a wide room.
Give it 3–4 weeks as a standard piece, or 5–6 weeks as a bespoke commission. The aqua can be deepened, cleared or turned to a green or a deep blue, and the wave can be cast at another length for a room of different proportions, with the crest redrawn to match. A deep blue gives it the weight of open ocean; clear resin makes it read as glass. It is crated to its own shape, and the doors it must pass and the floor that will carry it should be checked before delivery. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.
A long aqua swell rising into a grooved breaker that curls over its own hollow is gathered with our organic sculptures, our contemporary and modern sculptures and our indoor sculptures.

For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.
Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.
For orders shipping outside the United Kingdom, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees at your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local authority and are not included in our shipping cost.

Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.
To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.
Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:
Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
If you have questions about shipping, customs, delivery timing, or anything else before you order, our team is here to help. Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone, and we'll respond within 24 hours.
