A long boat cast solid in amber resin that glows gold wherever light reaches it. It is shaped as a long, shallow crescent with pointed ends swept up at bow and stern, and its sides are crossed by a crackle of raised veins, like the lines in old ice or dried leaves. It is solid right through, which gives the colour great depth.
Casting a boat solid rather than hollow changes how it holds colour: the amber gathers deepest towards the two pointed ends and pales to a bright gold through the middle of the hull, so the piece glows like honey held to a window. The raised veins are drawn freely across both sides, branching and meeting, and they catch the light as fine bright lines across the gold. The crescent is kept shallow and long, so the whole form reads as one calm curve. The rim is kept fine and even.
A long sideboard or a console suits its length, in a dining room or a living room. Daylight along the hull turns the amber to gold, and a dark wood surface under it deepens the colour. It looks particularly good in a room with warm timber and brass, and it holds a long wall on its own.
Expect 3–4 weeks for a standard piece and 5–6 weeks where the commission is bespoke. It can be cast in green, blue or clear as well as this amber, and the veins can be made finer or bolder. A green boat reads fresher and more like a leaf; amber stays warm and rich. Being solid, it travels in a stout crate, and it is carried level by the hull, hands kept well clear of its upswept points. The rim can also be left a little fuller where a bolder outline is wanted. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.
A long amber hull crazed with raised veins and glowing gold at its middle lies among our organic sculptures, our resin sculptures and our contemporary and modern sculptures.

Almost every sculpture is handmade to order by our artisans — we do not mass-produce.
Production time is separate from delivery time.
Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.
Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.
All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.
Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.
For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.
Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.
For orders shipping outside the United Kingdom, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees at your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local authority and are not included in our shipping cost.
If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.
Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.
To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.
Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:
Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
If you have questions about shipping, customs, delivery timing, or anything else before you order, our team is here to help. Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone, and we'll respond within 24 hours.
