Two crests rise from one long amber foot and lean in towards one another without meeting, the colour dense along the bottom and gone by the time the tips break. Almost all of the material in it sits in that foot, which is why the amber is deepest along the bottom edge and thins upward through every finger. Between the two crests a third group of fingers stands at about half their height, filling the middle without closing the space.
A gap is harder to draw than a join. Two crests coming up off one foot and leaning towards one another live or die on where they are stopped: too close and they read as an arch that failed to close, too far apart and they stop being a pair and become two pieces sharing a base. No measurement settles it, because the answer changes with the angle the piece is seen from and with how much of the foot is in view at the time. What settles it is standing back and looking at the shape of the air between the tips rather than at the tips themselves. That shape is what a customer sees first from across a room.
The gap between the crests only opens up from directly in front, so the piece asks to be approached head on. Turned even a little, the nearer crest closes across the further one and the two read as a single mass; the amber makes that worse, because the depth of the colour follows the depth of the material and every overlap goes dark. A console against a wall, or a long surface people walk past rather than towards, gives it the one view it was drawn for. Its length, not its depth, is what a surface has to give it.
Allow 3–4 weeks for a standard piece and 5–6 weeks for a bespoke commission. The two crests lean towards one another and stop short, and the gap left between them is the whole composition. The span between the crests is drawn to order, and the amber is held further down the body where a paler piece suits. The height is set against the span when the order is placed, so the proportions hold whatever the size. It ships lying down, bedded in foam with each crest faced on its own, and two people take it from the case by the foot and carry it to where it stands. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.
Two crests leaning in over a long amber foot, their tips never touching, direct you to our organic sculptures, our resin sculptures and our indoor sculptures.

Almost every sculpture at Giant Sculptures is handmade to order, then shipped worldwide free of charge. Below is everything you need to know before you order, and what to expect after.
Almost every sculpture is handmade to order by our artisans — we do not mass-produce.
Production time is separate from delivery time.
Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.
Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.
All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.
Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.
For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.
Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.
For all orders delivered worldwide, all customs duties, import taxes, and applicable local clearance fees are fully included in the purchase price. We manage and settle these charges on your behalf, ensuring you will not incur any additional fees upon arrival.
Please note that this policy excludes shipments delivered to Switzerland, as well as any individual orders where an exclusion is explicitly stated prior to purchase; in such instances, local customs charges and import taxes remain the responsibility of the customer.
If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.
Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.
To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.
Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:
Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
If you have questions about shipping, customs, delivery timing, or anything else before you order, our team is here to help. Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone, and we'll respond within 24 hours.
