Amber Set Leaf Oval Cast Resin Low Table, 111cm, with clear amber-brown resin top holding pressed leaves, on three cylindrical legs, shown on a plain white background.
Amber Set Leaf Oval Cast Resin Low Table - 111cm $3,91500
Description

This botanical low table has an oval top in clear resin, swirled through with amber-brown and holding real pressed leaves and stems at different depths, and it stands on three cylindrical legs cast in the same amber material with darker figuring running down them. The top is thick enough that the leaves read at two levels rather than one.

Leaves Caught Under an Oval Face

Every leaf and stem is placed by hand and the resin is built up round them at intervals, so they sit at two or three depths through the top rather than all on one plane. The amber swirl is in the material and follows the section. The three legs are cast to match the top's figuring and turned true, and the oval rim is a cast edge polished all round, under the lip as well as over it, because a top this shallow is seen from beneath whenever anyone sits beside it.

Its place is in front of a sofa or among a group of chairs, and since the leaves are the reason to own it, light falling onto the top from above shows them far better than light from the side. The three legs stand well in from the oval, so it can be walked round without a leg catching a foot, and a plain floor suits it better than a pattern.

The Leaves, the Three Legs, and Placing It

Whether it is standard or bespoke sets the build: 3–4 weeks or 5–6. The set leaf work is the slow part. Every order settles three points. The mix of leaves is chosen at order, the amber can be taken to another tint, and the leg count can be taken to four. Both the top length and the leg height are settled at order. Several ordered together are worked so that the spread of the leaves in the top agrees. Its crate is shaped round the oval rim and the three legs, and two people lift it from there. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.

Pressed leaves held at two depths in an amber oval belong with our organic sculptures; on three legs it is a low table from our art furniture, and its honeyed resin with our resin sculptures.

Shipping & Returns

Almost every sculpture at Giant Sculptures is handmade to order, then shipped worldwide free of charge. Below is everything you need to know before you order, and what to expect after.

Production Time

Almost every sculpture is handmade to order by our artisans — we do not mass-produce.

  • Standard sculptures: approximately 3–4 weeks from order confirmation.
  • Bespoke commissions (custom sizes, finishes, or fully custom designs): approximately 5–6 weeks from design sign-off.

Production time is separate from delivery time.

Free Worldwide Shipping

Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.

Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.

All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.

Delivery to Your Address

Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.

For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.

Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.

International Orders & Customs

For orders shipping outside the United Kingdom, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees at your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local authority and are not included in our shipping cost.

If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.

Returns

Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.

Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.

To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.

Damage in Transit

Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:

  1. Report the damage within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide clear photographs of both the damage and the packaging.
  3. We arrange collection and either replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Lifetime Guarantee

Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.

This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.

Questions Before You Order?
