Swirls of deep orange run through an amber range that rises over its own image in water, the reflected peaks below the waterline rounded and broken where those above are sharp. Two broad openings pass right through the middle of the form. Black marble, supplied with it, carries the stem.
Warm amber turns the scene to evening: the range and its reflection glow like a lake at sunset, and the darker orange swirls run through both halves like streaks of cloud. The upper peaks are drawn sharp and the reflected ones blunted and broken, the way still water softens an edge, so the eye reads water rather than a second mountain. Two openings pierce the form along the waterline, letting the wall behind show through as sky, and the polished resin keeps the swirls bright.
Edge on is how it reads, so raise it to the eye rather than below: a high sideboard in a living room, or a long dresser in a hall. A cool grey or blue wall behind sets off the amber, and daylight from one side warms the swirls. Leave its full length clear on the surface, with nothing crowding the pointed ends.
Plan for 3–4 weeks on a standard piece and 5–6 weeks on a bespoke commission. The orange swirls can be thicker or fainter, the amber can lean towards honey or copper, and the waterline can be set nearer the peaks or nearer the base. Another block of marble can be cut to order. Range and marble travel in separate crates and are joined where the piece will stand, the casting set down onto its block by two people. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.
Amber peaks above amber water belong with our organic sculptures; orange swirling through warm resin brings them into our resin sculptures, and a sunset lake seen level suits our indoor sculptures.

Almost every sculpture at Giant Sculptures is handmade to order, then shipped worldwide free of charge. Below is everything you need to know before you order, and what to expect after.
Almost every sculpture is handmade to order by our artisans — we do not mass-produce.
Production time is separate from delivery time.
Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.
Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.
All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.
Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.
For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.
Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.
For orders shipping outside the United Kingdom, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees at your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local authority and are not included in our shipping cost.
If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.
Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.
To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.
Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:
Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
If you have questions about shipping, customs, delivery timing, or anything else before you order, our team is here to help. Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone, and we'll respond within 24 hours.
