A ball in a warm amber that runs to red where the material is deepest, opened into two scoops that turn around one another. The outer skin is left as an unbroken curve and the cut faces are polished. It stands on a white marble base, which comes with it and makes it a floor object.
Everything about this design changes at the scale it is built to here. The scoops stop being hollows you look into and become spaces you could put a hand and a forearm inside, so the object is read the way a small room is read, from the threshold. That is a gain. The cost is weight, and it arrives faster than the size does: doubling a diameter multiplies the material eightfold, and the wall between the two scoops has to carry all of it across a single turn. So the wall is drawn heavier in proportion as well as in absolute terms, and the amber reads deeper for the extra material the light has to cross.
At 74cm it is a floor or plinth piece that is met from every side, so it needs space to stand clear, with room to approach on at least two sides. In the middle of a room it does what it is for; in a corner half the turn is wasted. It is warm enough to carry a dim space without help, but a light low and to one side will run right through the wall between the scoops and show the material at its deepest. Keep the floor around it clear.
Order a standard piece and it takes 3–4 weeks; order it bespoke and it takes 5–6. The scoops are cut deeper or brought shallower, the amber is lightened toward honey or taken further to red, and the stone is offered at another size. The cut can also be made at other diameters, set on stone or on mirror-polished steel. A frosted body is also made and closes the piece entirely. It ships in one braced crate seated on a cut ring with the outer curve faced, the marble flat beneath, and it takes two people and a trolley. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.
The cut built to a floor scale is organic sculpture; the amber shell is resin sculpture; and a ball this heavy is indoor sculpture work.

Almost every sculpture is handmade to order by our artisans — we do not mass-produce.
Production time is separate from delivery time.
Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.
Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.
All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.
Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.
For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.
Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.
For orders shipping outside the United Kingdom, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees at your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local authority and are not included in our shipping cost.
If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.
Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.
To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.
Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:
Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
If you have questions about shipping, customs, delivery timing, or anything else before you order, our team is here to help. Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone, and we'll respond within 24 hours.
