Golden amber fills the foot of this branching column, deepening to orange at the very bottom, and turns a lighter yellow as the water climbs, until the forked prongs at the top are perfectly clear. The trunk rises from a low splash and divides near its head into two prongs with small side twigs; one arm leaves it partway up and forks at its end, another reaches out low with an open loop near its tip, and two slim fingers stand upright between them. It is supplied on a black marble base.
Its colour changes by degrees from the foot upward and never stops at an edge. At the bottom the amber is dense enough to glow orange; through the trunk it brightens to a lemon yellow; above the halfway point it fades out completely, so the prongs and twigs are drawn in colourless resin and highlights alone. Every surface carries a high gloss, and the warm foot set against the black marble ties the stone into the piece instead of leaving it a stand beneath.
Warm colour like this comes alive with light behind it, so set it near a window, or with a lamp to one side, to see the amber at its richest. Its 100cm, marble included, suits the floor of a stair landing or a low console, where the clear fork at the top rises against the wall behind. Walnut, brass and cream all sit well beside it, while a dark wall makes the clear prongs stand out. Indoor use only.
Most pieces are standard and take 3–4 weeks; a bespoke commission takes 5–6. You are buying a single column and its black base, sold as one piece. To order, the amber can climb further up the trunk or stay in the foot, and it can be made deeper towards orange or paler towards honey, with the branches made fuller or more open; the whole column can be scaled to suit, and the marble swapped for a paler stone. The base travels in a box of its own and the column upright in a fitted crate; on site the column is stood on the levelled base, and nothing else needs fixing. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.
Golden amber thinning to clear as a branching column climbs from black marble takes this piece to our organic sculptures, our resin sculptures and our indoor sculptures.

Almost every sculpture is handmade to order by our artisans — we do not mass-produce.
Production time is separate from delivery time.
Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.
Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.
All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.
Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.
For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.
Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.
For orders shipping outside the United Kingdom, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees at your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local authority and are not included in our shipping cost.
If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.
Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.
To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.
Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:
Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
If you have questions about shipping, customs, delivery timing, or anything else before you order, our team is here to help. Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone, and we'll respond within 24 hours.
