Description

This broad, deep block of resin is frosted all over to a soft satin white, and its faces carry dark lettering that is set to order. The letters stand out crisply against the frosting, and the frosted resin is translucent enough for a faint, mirrored ghost of the lettering to show on the side faces. A slim clear bevel runs along every edge, outlining the block with a thin line of clear, and the broad front gives the wording plenty of room.

Frosted White Resin Carrying Your Lettering

Imported resin forms the block, frosted across every face to an even, satin white that softens reflections and gives the piece a calm, luminous look in daylight. Against that frosting the lettering reads cleanly, dark and sharp-edged, while the soft glow of the resin around it keeps the block from looking heavy. The clear bevel along the edges catches the light and keeps the outline crisp. Because the lettering is set to order, its wording is agreed with you before the block is made.

Its broad, deep shape is at home on a reception desk, in a shop window or along a console in an entrance hall, where the lettering greets people as they arrive, and a wide shelf in a studio suits it as well. A darker wall or worktop around it makes the frosted white stand out, and side light from a window brightens the clear edges. Indoor use only.

Most pieces are standard and take 3–4 weeks; a bespoke commission takes 5–6. The price covers one block, sold individually, with the lettering on its faces set to order. On commission it can be made in clear resin rather than frosted, or with a lighter frosting, with lettering in another colour, or at other sizes. It is wrapped in soft film and crated with padding against every face; lift it from underneath, one hand at each end. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.

Almost every sculpture at Giant Sculptures is handmade to order, then shipped worldwide free of charge. Below is everything you need to know before you order, and what to expect after.

Production Time

Almost every sculpture is handmade to order by our artisans — we do not mass-produce.

  • Standard sculptures: approximately 3–4 weeks from order confirmation.
  • Bespoke commissions (custom sizes, finishes, or fully custom designs): approximately 5–6 weeks from design sign-off.

Production time is separate from delivery time.

Free Worldwide Shipping

Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.

Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.

All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.

Delivery to Your Address

Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.

For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.

Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.

International Orders & Customs

For orders shipping outside the United Kingdom, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees at your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local authority and are not included in our shipping cost.

If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.

Returns

Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.

Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.

To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.

Damage in Transit

Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:

  1. Report the damage within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide clear photographs of both the damage and the packaging.
  3. We arrange collection and either replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Lifetime Guarantee

Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.

This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
