Olive yellow resin forms this bar armchair, from the squared back and low arms down through four slender legs. Seat and arms read as a deep olive, darkening almost to bronze in the inner corners, while the legs are slim enough for the colour to brighten into a clear, sharp yellow that glows near the floor. The back stands upright with a straight top edge, and each leg tapers from a square top.
The colour shifts with the depth of resin, and that gives the chair two moods. Across the seat block and the rolled arms the material is deep enough to turn olive, almost bronze in the shadow where the arms meet the back, and the gloss lays bright white highlights along every curve. The legs carry far less, so they read as rods of clear yellow, brightening towards the feet. Legs and seat meet in smooth joints with no seam or fixing in sight. From the side, the arms show as low rounded wings that stop well short of the back's upper edge.
Made for a kitchen island, a breakfast bar or a high dining table, this chair carries its seat at bar height and the top of its back at 110cm. The olive tone sits well with brass, oak and dark green cabinetry, and a white or stone counter front shows off the yellow of the legs. Several in a line read as one warm band of colour. Indoor use only.
Plan for 3–4 weeks on a standard piece and 5–6 weeks on a bespoke commission. The olive can be pushed towards a greener tone or warmed towards amber, and the depth of colour in the seat can be matched across several chairs ordered together. The arms may be omitted to make a backed stool, and the frame can be cut down to suit a counter rather than a bar. Seat height is set to your own counter. Every chair is crated on its own, needs no assembly on arrival, and a single person can lift it into position. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.
Olive yellow resin shaped into a bar chair joins our resin sculptures; its everyday use as seating places it with our art furniture, and it also appears among our indoor sculptures.

Almost every sculpture at Giant Sculptures is handmade to order, then shipped worldwide free of charge. Below is everything you need to know before you order, and what to expect after.
Almost every sculpture is handmade to order by our artisans — we do not mass-produce.
Production time is separate from delivery time.
Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.
Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.
All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.
Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.
For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.
Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.
For orders shipping outside the United Kingdom, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees at your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local authority and are not included in our shipping cost.
If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.
Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.
To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.
Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:
Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
If you have questions about shipping, customs, delivery timing, or anything else before you order, our team is here to help. Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone, and we'll respond within 24 hours.
