A smoky teal plinth, square in plan and upright in its proportions, meant for lifting a single piece. It is frosted acrylic sheet with a soft, cloudy surface that deepens towards the top, and its edges show as fine dark lines, so the column reads as a drawn box of colour. Its top is flat and closed.
Frosted in a smoky teal, the column is a quiet colour rather than a bright one, which suits pieces in metal, white stone or clear resin that need a coloured ground without competition. The cut edges of the sheet are left dark, so every corner reads as a fine drawn line and the plinth looks precise from any angle. The frosting keeps reflections down, so the column does not mirror the room, and the flat top is closed and level. Nothing on it is decorated, which is the point.
At 71cm it lifts a piece to the height of someone seated or standing close by, in a living room, an office, a gallery or a showroom. It works against a white or a warm wall, where the teal reads clearly. Light from above falls onto whatever it carries, and the teal faces glow softly beneath. Two or three together, at different heights, make a composed group.
Our workshops take 3–4 weeks over a standard piece and 5–6 over a bespoke commission. It can be made in another frosted colour, grey, blue, amber or white, and in other proportions, and several can be made to match at different heights. A deeper colour makes it read as a solid block and not a glowing one. To move it, slide flat hands under its foot on two opposite sides, keep it upright, and set it down square where it is to stand. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.
A smoky teal column of frosted sheet with dark drawn edges belongs alongside our acrylic sculptures, our geometric sculptures and our art furniture.

Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.
Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.
All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.
Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.
For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.
Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.
For all orders delivered worldwide, all customs duties, import taxes, and applicable local clearance fees are fully included in the purchase price. We manage and settle these charges on your behalf, ensuring you will not incur any additional fees upon arrival.
Please note that this policy excludes shipments delivered to Switzerland, as well as any individual orders where an exclusion is explicitly stated prior to purchase; in such instances, local customs charges and import taxes remain the responsibility of the customer.
If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.
Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.
To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.
Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:
Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
If you have questions about shipping, customs, delivery timing, or anything else before you order, our team is here to help. Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone, and we'll respond within 24 hours.
